Great location, clean, good communication with owners. Very small which is typical for NYC. No room to host guests but perfect for a place to sleep although quite noisy as at street level.

The significant warping in floor in one bedroom is dangerous. I tripped on it and sustained a notable bruise on my calf right leg.

Man war ganz gut an die öffentlich Verkehrsmittel angebunden, einkaufsladen gab es auch in der NĂ€he. In der Wohnung gab es alles was man braucht und sauber war sie auch. Es gab keine Überracschungen, alles war wie beschrieben.

Great location. Short walk to subway , Empire State Building and grand central station. Lovely neighbourhood with plenty of bars and places to eat. Shops & deli nearby. Comfy beds and fully equipped kitchen .

Wir haben uns im Apartment sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Manhattan zu erkunden, und die Doppelbetten waren breit und bequem. Es ist sehr angenehm, dass es Klimaanlagen und einen Ventilator gibt. Auch HandtĂŒcher und KĂŒchentĂŒcher waren in großzĂŒgigen Mengen vorhanden. Die KĂŒche ist klein, wir haben sie nur zum FrĂŒhstĂŒckmachen benutzt. Auch die SpĂŒlmaschine ist klein, aber zweckmĂ€ĂŸig. Am meisten gestruggelt haben wir mit der Dusche, bei der sich die Wassertemperatur nur schwer regulieren ließ und die fĂŒr deutsche Reisende nicht unbedingt dem Standard entspricht, den man sich bei so einem teuren Apartment vorstellen wĂŒrde. Insgesamt haben wir uns aber sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt und wĂŒrden das Apartment weiterempfehlen.

Great location on a quiet, safe street. The apartment was very well furnished with towels, extra toilet paper, paper towels, etc. The beds were extremely comfortable. It is right by the main door so we brought a blue tooth speaker and played back ground noise and didn’t have a problem. It was 100 degrees when we stayed and the air conditioning kept up well.

Wonderful!

Perfect home away from home. Wonderful location to attractions, bus stations and subway. Quiet street across from park, 1 block from the water. Definitely stay again. Communication between host was easy and attentive.

Great place!

Would stay here again. Super easy to work with. Was a little harder to get around than I expected. We used cabs mainly! Especially to and from airport because not real close to subway for large luggage. Comfortable beds and pillows. Bathroom was not huge but large enough. Shower was great. Stocked well with all necessities for cooking and showering.

Un superbe appartement trÚs bien situé. Le bus passe tout proche et le métro à moins d'un quart d'heure de marche. Appartement trÚs bien équipé et hÎte super disponible pour répondre à vos questions. Pour les français, petite subtilité pour la douche, il faut tirer sur l'anneau autour du robinet pour actionner le pommeau de douche. Tout est parfait et cette ville est incroyable ,Amazing!!Un super voyage dans une super ville. Merci a Hugo pour sa communication et merci aux Newyorkais de leur accueil et leur gentillesse.

Great location in the city and perfect for a small family where you don’t want to pay for multiple hotel rooms. This little apartment is charming and has everything you need and is walking distance to many attractions and the subway. Host was very nice and great at communicating and answering all questions and concerns during our stay. Would stay here again for a future trip.

A gem of a place for a New York trip

Yes the apartment is compact but has everything you need for a comfortable stay, clean and all the amenities you need. The location is standout. Walking distance to a lot of the sights (empire state building, grand central station, Times Square). Nearest subway station is 10-15 mins walk and there is also the option to use the ferry from east 34th street dock for an alternative way to get to Brooklyn/Dumbo and downtown Manhattan. Lots of nice restaurants nearby as well. Communication from Hugo was also great. All in all we had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend this place as a great base to explore New York

Great location, good space

The location was away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square, but an easy 15 minute walk. Great restaurants very close. The host provided excellent check in information, with videos for the shower and stiff key. I would echo all of the positives listed by others. I always appreciate hosts who are thoughtful to leave a few amenities, coffee, sugar, etc. though this place had only what was left behind from a previous person who stayed there.
