Welcome to your new home in the vibrant East Village! This cozy, one-bedroom apartment is located on a quiet, tree-lined street, just steps away from some of the best dining, nightlife, and cultural spots in New York City.

As you step inside, you`re greeted by a small yet inviting living room, complete with a plush sofa and a sleek, wall-mounted TV. The room is bright and airy, thanks to the soft natural light streaming in from the balcony door. The balcony itself is a charming outdoor space, perfect for a morning coffee or a quiet evening, with just enough room for a couple of chairs and a small table. To one side of the living room, there`s a compact but fully-equipped kitchen, featuring modern appliances, including a washer-dryer combo tucked neatly into a corner. The kitchen has everything you need to whip up a quick meal or experiment with a new recipe, with ample counter space and smart storage solutions. The bedroom, cozy and comfortable, has a queen-sized bed with soft bedding and another TV mounted on the wall opposite, creating a perfect setup for a relaxed movie night in bed. The overall aesthetic is minimalistic, with soft, neutral tones, light wood accents, and a few personal touches, making it feel warm and inviting without being cluttered.

Great location with a lot of interesting shops nearby. Subway was just 4 blocks away. The only annoying thing is both TVs use the same remote. I had to unplug one so it didn’t play in both rooms all the time. Small simple spot I’d highly recommend if you just need a place to crash after exploring nyc.

Cute central to transit space

Space is cute and easy to access. Manager very responsive. A bit noisy from neighbors but not anything too late that kept us up

Check in was easy. Host was very responsive when we couldn’t find a toaster and brought us one. Neighbourhood was great with lots of bars and restaurants. A bit of a walk to nearest subways stations but not horrible and we felt safe doing the walk at night. On our last night the upstairs neighbours made a lot of noise from 0200-0500 which made for a sleepless night before travelling. I would have liked there to be wash cloths in the bathroom as it would have been nice to have a quick clean before bed after the humid New York weather. Also no dishcloth for washing the dishes, just a tea towel, but we only used a few glasses and cutlery so not a big deal. Overall, I would recommend this accomodation
