Beaver Pond Cottage has a master bedroom with a king bed on the ground floor, which has a door to the main bathroom. There are two bedrooms upstairs, one with a king bed and a built-in daybed and another with a queen bed and another full bath. Upstairs also has a media room with two 60-inch flat-panel plasma TVs.

This location is a bird watcher's paradise, so be sure to bring your binoculars! It features two decks, Wi-Fi, a hot tub, and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a gas range. Additional amenities include laundry facilities, a TV/DVD, satellite service, a stereo, and a fireplace. The back deck offers seating with a view of the beaver pond, while the upper deck boasts 270-degree views of both the beaver pond and the ocean. Plus, there is fantastic whale watching within just two miles of the home!

Located just off Highway 101 south of Oswald West State Park, this custom-built home in Neahkahnie offers panoramic ocean views and easy access to Manzanita and Neahkahnie Beaches. At Neahkahnie Beach, you can enjoy tide pooling, beachcombing, and even searching for remnants of a historic shipwreck. For the adventurous, a hike up the mountain may reveal intriguing hieroglyphs and legends of hidden treasure.

We love having furry friends around, so here are a few pet guidelines to ensure everyone has a great time:
- Please wipe their paws before coming inside.
- Make sure they’re flea-free!
- We take regular "potty" breaks to avoid any little accidents.
- Let’s keep our furniture pet-free.
- And most importantly, we’d love for your pets to join you everywhere—just don’t leave them unattended!
