Perfect location and well equipped

Our stay was great! Steps from the beach and an easy walk to restaurants and shopping. The house was cozy with nicely updated bathrooms and kitchen. It was well equipped with everything we needed including plenty of paper products and k-cups for the Keurig. Heated bathroom floors were perfect on cold mornings. Everything was pristinely clean. Thank you!

Lovely weekend in Manzanita

The location of the house is perfect because we love walking around Manzanita! It's a quick walk from the house to the beach and easy to walk into town, too. The house was clean and a good size for our group of 5. We loved the heated bathroom floors, the kitchen had enough space, we enjoyed using the wood fireplace and hanging out in the main room, and the beds were comfortable.

Beautiful!

This is a great location close to both beach and town. The house is simple with everything you need, including a fireplace for cozy evenings. The kitchen was well-stocked and nice to use; our intergenerational group of 6 loved every minute here.

This house was perfect for our family’s short beach vacation. The kids loved their “kids room” and the game room. Comfortable bed in the primary room. Great bathrooms. Great kitchen set up for cooking our own meals. I loved that the refrigerator was so clean! Also it was so easy to unload the car - driveway right up to the front door and no flights of stairs. The location is great: a short walk to the beach or to town. The neighborhood seemed pretty quiet except there was very loud music (maybe a party?) one of the nights until at least 10 pm. Overall we loved it and hope to return!

Manzanita stay

The home is as described and clean, well appointed, close to beach access and the town. The bed and furniture were comfortable. We will likely stay there again. It is our favorite in Manzanita.

A perfect stay at Manzanita Beach

Check in was done with a keypad. We received the code a few days before arrival, and it was easy. Every part of the kitchen/dining/living room, including the refrigerator, stove, cabinets and countertops looked brand new. The bathrooms were high end and even had heated floors. The windows looked new. The king bed we slept in was great. The house had all of the kitchen supplies, appliances and utensils you might need. Everything was 1st class. The beach was beautiful and easily accessible. Even the weather was perfect.

Six family members had a super time together in the house that was so well equipped for cooking, sleeping and relaxing. Close to the beach but no view of the ocean. Loved Manzanita as a destination, unspoiled and rustic. Would hope to return.

Our favorite stay in Manzanita

We love this house and stay here whenever we are in Manzanita. It’s beautifully furnished and has a well equipped kitchen. It’s always immaculately clean, with super comfy beds and high quality sheets and towels. The location is lovely, with beautiful views, just a short walk or drive to shops and restaurants.

Comfortable, well appointed and well equipped!

Impressed by the quality of the renovation - nice kitchen with everything you could want, nice prints on the walls, lots of wood - ceilings and doors, bathrooms small but well appointed. Short walk over the dunes to the beach and also walkable to town. Nice quiet location. We would definitely come again.

Lovely Cottage

Very beautifully update cottage with close beach access. Quite neighborhood still close to Manzanita, golf cousre and state park where you can rent horses for a ride on the beach. Easy day trips to Cannon Beach and Tillamook. Great hikes at state parks up and down HWY 101. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely beach home

Beautiful house looks and feels exactly like the photos and description online. Beach access is just a couple doors down. Nice quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance of the downtown shops. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a week-long family gathering. Great rental!

A perfect house for a girlfriend trip

This house was very nice and just as it was described. The furniture was comfortable. We enjoyed being able to stream with the roku that was there and settle in for watching movies. The tables were perfect for games and projects. The kitchen was nice. It does not have any pantry stuff that is often in rentals so be sure to come totally prepared. There are a few spices but not much. There is a large griddle I believe but not a smaller non stick pan which made making pancakes for just two of us a bit of a challenge. The pots and pans are stainless which are nice but if you aren't used to cooking with them they are not super non-stick friendly. I was thinking there would be more of a peek a boo view of the ocean but there was not. You could hear it though which made for nice background noise to go to sleep to. The 2 closest beach access points are pretty steep and definitely enter at your own risk but there is a good access point just a bit further down the road. The Oregon coast beaches are so great for long walks. The town of Manzanita never disappoints, such great shops and it is so close to this house. There was a bit of a hiccup with the cleaning when we got there as it hadn't be completed but I reached out to Jill and she made it right, right away. We were grateful.

Beach Birthday Celebration

Fantastic! Came down for a long weekend to celebrate 3 Piscean birthdays! Weather was "winter at the beach" but we had plenty of art, cooking and a fireplace. Super comfortable, close to beach. Quiet:)
