Just a two-block walk to the beach, this property consists of three separate buildings - the main house, a cottage with two single beds (no bathroom), and an office area, and a converted barn that serves as the entertainment hub. The barn features a 75" smart TV, perfect for watching sports games or hosting karaoke nights, and a barn garage door that opens for indoor/outdoor living space. The main house offers a large living room with a wood-burning fireplace. Peruse the board games and puzzles for cozy evenings with loved ones.

With a fully equipped kitchen, dining table for eight and multiple entertaining spaces, this home provides ample room for guests to spread out and enjoy their stay. The bedrooms feature new beds and mattresses, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep for all. The outdoor spaces are perfect for gathering around the firepit and dining alfresco.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: Two at the front of the house and one pointing away from the house.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
