In accordance with local laws, we will need a copy of the passport for all guests checking in (shared in the chat), which will be uploaded onto the DTCM (Department of Tourism and Commercial Marketing) portal. If we do not receive the documents before check-in, the building reception may refuse access, and this will delay your check-in — for which we cannot be held responsible.
This apartment is registered in DTCM (Department of Tourism and Commercial Marketing).
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, building rules and the furniture. Please no parties, NO SMOKING.
Any kind of smoke detection will lead to 1,000 AED fine.
