Other Things to Note:
☆ Garage Parking: Please note that we do have garage parking available but the space is tight and best suited for smaller vehicles. If you're driving a larger vehicle, overnight street parking is available nearby. We recommend considering this if you want a stress-free parking experience.

☆ Rooftop Access: The private rooftop lounge, accessed by a spiral staircase, offers beautiful city views. While it’s a wonderful spot for relaxation, it’s important to note that the rooftop can be tricky to access, especially for those who are not comfortable climbing stairs.

☆ Pet-Friendly Accommodations: We welcome pets for a fee of $100 per pet, per stay. Please note that a pet fee will be applied to cover the cleaning of pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional cleaning fee of $35-$50 will be charged. Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility, and pets should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may lead to neighbor complaints.
*Additional pet fees (plus tax) will be processed through our guest portal after your reservation is confirmed. Kindly let us know if you’ll be traveling with a pet. Thank you for your cooperation!

• Primary renter must be 18+, sign a rental agreement, and provide valid photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay. Subleasing is prohibited.
• Maximum occupancy is 4 overnight guests, per city regulations. Exceeding this limit may result in fines or eviction.
• No parties or events. Loud music, rambunctious gatherings, or excessive cars disturbing neighbors are strictly prohibited.
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest.
• Please clean up after your pets and be mindful of barking to avoid neighbor complaints. Max dogs 4
• Please park only in designated spots and be mindful of street signs to avoid overnight parking fines.
• BBQ must be operated by responsible adults only.
• No firearms, fireworks, or hazardous materials allowed on the property.
• Follow all local, county, and state laws and short-term rental regulations. Noncompliance may result in eviction by city without refund.
• Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance.
• Fines may apply for violations of house rules or city ordinances, including Code Enforcement penalties.

Extremely well stocked

I was very surprised to find so many items that are costly to buy supplied by our host. There were washing machine, pods, dishwasher, pods, I better extra paper towels, extra toilet paper, and a wide variety of spices. The furnishings were lovely.
