This is a great property however we had a few teething problems but Brian sorted everything out very promptly. The kitchen could be a bit better equipped with oven trays, a jug & a pizza cutter but these are all minor things. There are no condiments or sauces so be prepared to buy. It’s in a great location & I would definitely stay here if you’re thinking about it!

Communication with the host Brian was great! He was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The beds all were comfortable and everyone seemed to sleep well. When we arrived the house was clean and welcoming. The location was great as the neighborhood is very close in proximity to everything we wanted to do (Rock and Roll HOF and baseball game). Also walking distance to The Christmas Story house and great restaurants too. Overall I would definitely recommend this house if you’re visiting the Cleveland area for any reason.

This is a great place. The outdoor space was perfect for a nice autumn weekend and a differentiator for an urban location. The adjoining game room sealed the deal for our group of old college friends. The area had a nice vibe and the accommodations were easily on the top end of all the VRBOs we have stayed at over the years.

Amazing stay for families

This house was perfect for our large family vacation. The layout worked well for us and there was plenty of space. It was beautifully decorated and has high quality furnishings and appliances. The outdoor space was amazing and we appreciated the off street parking and fenced in yard for our dog. Check in was easy and the house was spotless. The neighborhood was nice and a good location for sightseeing. The hosts were excellent and made sure we had a great stay. Highly recommended staying at one of their properties.

The home was in a fantastic location in Tremont and within walking distance to great restaurants, parks, churches, and everything that makes the neighborhood so charming and vibrant. The space itself was comfortable and welcoming, and the host could not have been more responsive, accommodating, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.A few minor housekeeping details kept this from being a perfect experience. The floors and countertops could have been cleaner upon arrival, some trash had been left in the playroom, and several lamps were missing light bulbs. We also ran short on toilet paper during the stay. One thing worth noting for future guests is that the house is tucked behind another home and next to an apartment building, which wasn’t entirely clear from the listing.Overall, though, we had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed both the home and the neighborhood.

Tremont is in a great location. Overall the stay was nice, beds were comfortable. Positives, game room was great and exactly as described, AC worked great, and the first floor was spacious. Communication and reaction by host were excellent as well found stained sheets and new sheets were delivered immediately and they can e to clean a mistake. Downside: When paying over 1,250 per night for a stay, I would expect there to be dish towels to use in the kitchen, soap in the soap dispensers and enough coffee mugs to serve the number of people that were available (we were 9). The Unit could use a slight bit of maintenance (blinds are broken, dish rack in dishwasher broken and there were crumbs in a bed downstairs. We had a great time and the parking and stay was phenomenal and the Host was fantastic.

Place was awesome! Clean and very nice. Excellent location to walk to pretty much anywhere in tremont to downtown. The manager was responsive very quickly with the details and was available if we needed anything. Also the three parking spots were clutch for a larger party!
