Fantastic location, very clean.

Plenty of space for a group of adults to stay close to the slopes and ski all weekend. Very clean condo, outfitted with a generous amount of amenities. Great owner, communication was fantastic.

Great condo

The condo is in a great location. There were no issues with noise from surrounding units. Comfortable bed. And appreciate the Keurig for a quick cup of coffee before walking to the ski lift in the morning.

A Great Place

We loved our stay. It was perfect for us. The home was lovely and the kitchen was stocked. We love to cook so we were grateful for all the spice options and pots and pans. Easy walk to the lift or a short drive for drop off. Easy walk to town. Loved Breckenridge. We would for sure stay again. Thank you

Excellent Location

Property just as described on website. Decor is lovely and condo is very comfortable. The condo has all the amenities that you could need for your vacation. Well stocked with supplies, spices and misc. pantry items. Location is amazing. Easy 5 min walk to Quicksilver lift and the Maggie. We walked to town a couple of times for dinner and it's a very easy 10 min walk down the path. Owner very responsive. We had a small hot water issue and the owner responded immediately on NYE and problem solved. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and responsive host

It was easy to check-in. Greg was responsive to all my questions, even during the holiday. The location is great—it's an easy walk to the slopes (about 7 minutes) and into town. We rented from Breck Sports at The Maggie due to the overnight storage option. However, they rarely had space to store, so I recommend renting instead from the Village location, which has a larger storage area. The condo is cozy and is multi-level--there are 2 bedrooms downstairs with a bathroom and another bathroom upstairs on the main level. The entryway is very nice with a place to remove your shoes and keep your coats and skis if needed. All TVs throughout the condo have access to streaming services. Heating--dials enable floor heating and there is a fireplace upstairs and in the master; we always felt cozy and warm. The kitchen was well-appointed, and there was a grill on the patio. The freezer had an ice maker which was nice! We had one issue while in the condo and Greg was quick to respond and to try to fix the problem. I would rent again in the future.

Awesome basecamp for exploring Breck!

We loved staying in this property. It was spacious enough for our family of 5. Great kitchen and we loved the pool/hot tub area!

Our stay at Greg's property was wonderful. The space was clean and well-stocked with toiletries and basic kitchen items. It was a quick walk from the QuickSilver Superchair and the hot tubs. Would come again!

Worked perfectly for us!

Ability to walk to lifts or hop on bus was key to deciding on our location. Bus stop right across road. Walking in boots and carrying skis to lift was easier for younger members but not bad and a couple days we checked our skis vs carrying which worked well.

Condo in breck

Great host and very clean. Beds are very comfy. The extra twin isnt comfy but the rest of the beds are very comfy. Very convenient location! Walk to slopes or downtown or to ice arena to see the troll and trains. Plenty of games and cable tv. Plenty of blankets. Nice newer stove fridge etc. Bathroom floors are heated. I would stay here again. Thank you for the great stay!

Nice location to Main Street for shopping and dining!

We had an issue with the washing machine not draining. It was a bit of a hike to get to and from ski lifts. Overall, it was a good choice for a few days to hit the slopes and downtown Breckenridge!

Winter week vacation

We stayed for a full week. Everything needed was there. Great location, we walked to dinner, ice skating, skiing, gondolas, the troll etc. When we didn’t feel like walking, parking on Main Street was easy and Fairly cheap. Wish the hot tubs in the community stayed open till 10pm instead of 8pm but we were able to enjoy it once and they were hot and clean. We would consider staying again.

Great ski week

Greg’s condo is perfect - adorably decorated for the holiday season and super close to the lifts at peak 9 - we easily walked there. The hot tub was an added bonus and the beds were super comfortable. Water pressure and temperature were great as well. Our family of 4 had a blast!

After looking at many properties, we choose this condo for it's great location to the Peak 9 ski lift and town. When we stay at our condo, we park the car and walk to everything!

Ground level entry - one half flight of stairs up to living room, dining room, & kitchen; one half flight of stairs down to bedrooms. Very quiet end unit. Lives and feels like a townhome.
