GÄ nÄgra kvarter till Snowflake Lift eller ta den kostnadsfria transporten till Snowflake Lift, Peak 8 eller Peak 9. Efter en fantastisk dag pÄ berget, Äka skidor till lÀgenheten lÀngs fyra klockor. Ta dig snabbt i badtunnan som ligger precis bakom lÀgenheten. Du Àr bara ett kvarter frÄn centrum - dÀr hittar du gott om restauranger och shopping för att passa alla smaker.

Fantastic location a stone’s throw from Main Street, close to trails, everything we needed in the unit including travel crib. Would definitely book again.

Nice little condo in Breck close to town

Location in relation to shops, bars, and restaurants is excellent. Easy walk down the hill. Very cool to be able to ski in via 4 O’Clock! We loved that. Little bit of a walk to Snowflake lift (uphill on sidewalk) so I would suggest getting dropped off at the little parking lot with all your ski/board gear. Parking was very easy at the Pine Ridge lot. Condo was cute and well stocked and hot water was very hot!

Great getaway!

We stayed for 3 nights. Found the condo very comfy, clean and warmly decorated. Owners clearly take pride in their home and enjoy hosting others. Location was fantastic. Ski-n-ski out and walk to town. Perfection!

Very Convenient

The condo was in great shape and a great location. Ski in the back door, ski down to the bus stop. Hot tub a few steps from the condo. Very convenient to everything in Breck.

Family ski trip

Great stay, roomy condo, we had four adults and had plenty of room. Walk to lift and ski in is accurate. Keep in mind there is no elevator. Short walk to town and restaurants was very nice. There were plenty of towels, toiletries garbage bags etc. which is appreciated. Only negative is that you will hear people on floor above you.

Everything you need for baby and young kids!!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location to Main Street is perfect and its also an easy walk to the gondola. The condo had plenty of room, the bunk beds in the kids room worked perfect for our 6 & 8 year olds, the Nintendo was a hit, the board games, toys, crayons and markers were very nice for our kids to play with. We brought our 11 month old with us and the condo was very baby friendly. It has a pack n' play and high chair, which was incredibly nice not to pack and bring with us. My reasoning for 4 stars is the master bathroom. The lack of a light over the shower really makes it difficult to take a shower. Other than the light the condo provided us with everything we needed and more!

Summer Breck Stay

This condo was perfectly located a short walk away from all the things we came to Breck to do. The cabin was clean and comfortable. The hosts were so accommodating and attentive. We will be back in the winter and plan to stay here again.

Breckenridge condo

Our stay in Breckenridge was terrific. The condo was clean, spacious and very convenient to Main Street and all of town. Hiked a path right behind the condo that led to a beautiful trail. Communication with the owners & property management was great. I highly recommend this condo & PMI Breck.

Ski in access and ski locker was great

Me, my wife, our adult son and a close friend stayed here for a week during March 2025. The ski access was convenient and the private ski lockers on the bottom floor was great. The unit was clean, quiet and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Unbeatable location

The property was clean, well stocked, and very comfortable for our group of 4. While there are many highlights to this property, the location is the most notable. A short walk in one direction and you're at Snowflake lift; a short walk the other direction, you're on Main Street. We had a mix of ability and interest levels in skiing/snowboarding. For less experienced skiers/snowboarders who are not confident getting on and off Snowflake lift, there is a shuttle stop right near the condo that is also very convenient for getting up the mountain.To access the property, you use hotel-style keycards which is convenient. While part way through our stay we realized that only one of the keycards worked. The property management was very responsive and the inoperable keys were replaced in about an hour.I highly recommend this property for both those who will spend their time on the mountain or downtown.

February Family Ski Trip

We stayed for one week over February break and had the best time! Snow was amazing for us, and condo had everything we needed. Home is clean and well equipped, exactly as described in the listing. Only issue we had is it was probably a little tight sleeping for our two families with the age of our kids, but it was exactly as listed so that was on us. Location was amazing!! Great place to start to explore town. Easy to ski right back to the condo, and easy acces to lifts, especially with the bus stop right next to the condo. We preferred to take the bus right to the Beaver Run lift to start our day, and it only took a few minutes to get there. Had the option to to use the Village pool but only went once, hot tub is more convenient and right next to the unit. Ski locker was also a great asset. Greatommon ro

Great property, location and owner!

As others have said, this is an ideal location because the 4 O'clock runs up to back of property and it is a 100 yard walk to the lift. It is also just a few hundred yards to town.The property is well stocked so you do not need to get condiments or supplies. Comfy living room and updated furniture.The owner/management company are extremely responsive and helped quickly with specific requests.We would definitely stay at this property when we come back to Breck next!The pro

Very nice place, ski in, short walk to shuttle bus and town.Very comfortable, if I had anything bad to say it would be the baseboard heating in the master bedroom.After it heats up it makes a lot of noise, rattling.If your slight sleeper it will bother you. Should be replaced. Besides this wonderful stay.

This is a joint venture between the Gerard and Hetes Families. 3 Amigos condo was named after the three kids (ages 3, 7 and 8) we have between the two families. We live in the suburbs of Denver but love to ski, bike, and hike in Breckenridge any chance we get.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

For all of us Breckenridge has been a special place to visit. For over a decade we've all dreamed of owning a place in this classic American ski town. We spent a great deal of time trying to find that perfect location and I think we have! With so many festivals and activities downtown its wonderful to be a five minute walk away.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

With young kids having a grass courtyard in the middle of the complex is a blessing. The kids can play down there, while you enjoy a beverage from the patio overlooking.
