Welcome to our home! To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and to maintain the integrity of our property, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following house rules:
No Pets: Unfortunately, we do not allow pets on the premises. This helps us maintain cleanliness and consider guests with allergies.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. This includes all forms of smoking (cigarettes, cigars, vaping, etc.). Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking and dispose of butts responsibly.
No Candles: For safety reasons, the use of candles or any open flames is not allowed.
No Parties or Events: Our home is intended for quiet enjoyment. Hosting parties or large gatherings is not permitted. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during evening hours.
No Extra Guests: The maximum occupancy for our home is 4 guests. Only the registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. If you have visitors, please inform us in advance.
Respect Our Home: Please treat our home with care. Report any damages or issues immediately. Accidents happen, and we appreciate your cooperation in keeping our home in good condition.
Energy Conservation: Help us conserve energy by turning off lights, appliances, and the heating or cooling system when not in use or when you leave the house.
Safety and Security: Lock all doors and windows when you leave the house and at night. Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and fire safety equipment.
