med en privat brygga. Hemmet har en pool, jacuzzi utomhus, jacuzzi
bad inuti, öppen spis, inhägnad gård och enastående utsikt. Dig
kan slappna av och spela i poolen, åka båt, fiska, promenera till
breda sandstranden, bara två kvarter bort, eller njuta av överflödet av
attraktionerna bara en kort hopp bort. Det stora vardagsrummet
har sex skjutdörrar som öppnar ut mot pooldäcket och
Jacuzzi med otrolig utsikt över vattnet. Sovrummet

Relaxing!

We loved this cozy home with plenty of space and everything you need to enjoy the beach and the outside swimming pool area. It was a very special place to celebrate our friend’s 56th birthday. We were pleasantly surprised by just how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood was.

Perfect weekend at the beach!

Great location with a quick 10 minute walk to the beach. We had a blast hanging out at the house and swimming in the pool. Not to mention the gorgeous views of the canal! The house was very clean and spacious enough for our two families with small kids. Highly recommend!

Location, location, location!

This house is perfectly situated for our family’s needs! Walk to beach, nature preserve, playground, restaurants and even a yoga studio! Plenty of room to relax with a nice open floor plan and lovely outdoor space. The owner was very attentive and thoughtful. A gem of a spot!

Fantastic Thanksgiving Holiday Stay

We absolutely loved the property. The backyard has a million dollar view and the house is just a block away from the beach. The house is spacious and inviting. We hosted our families for Thanksgiving and the house had ample space where nobody felt cramped. Check-in was very easy and the Elaine was easy to communicate with and very flexible. Will definitely return!

Lovely IRB home

Loved our stay in this home! Two living rooms and 2 dining rooms meant we had plenty of space. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking. A 5-10 minute walk to the (beautiful) beach but we spent more time than we thought we would just hanging out at the pool and on the dock. Walking distance to some small restaurants and ice cream places. Elaine was a great communicator before and during our stay. Also loved my early morning runs around the neighborhood. A great fenced and shaded children’s park is less than a block away.

Home away from home

Honestly didn’t know what to expect. I’ve never planned anything so far away from home. I couldn’t be more pleased or at home in this home. My oldest who’s in college said this place is cozy and you know it has a history. My husband and I started our morning coffee on the dock and ended our evening’s with a few drinks on the same dock. Loved having our own pool and a full kitchen. When not at the ocean or anywhere else, honestly just relaxing in the pool was a bonus for a much needed relaxing week. No plans was a must for our middle daughter. We absolutely loved this area, not as busy as other areas. We drove to Clearwater and we’re so happy we chose this area. Great places to eat and if you go to the beach off of 12th Ave public beach entrance the IRB rental chairs and umbrella for the day is wonderful. I love great people and surroundings. You will not be disappointed!!! We will be going back!! Thanks for everything Elaine!! You and you’re Vrbo are a gem!!! Thank you again!

Beach weekend getaway

My husband, my daughter and her husband along with my son and his girlfriend had a really nice stay at Elaine's for a long weekend getaway. The house was very clean, comfortable for all and the pool was also nice and clean. It's so close to the beach; an easy 10 minute walk. The location of the house is close to many nice seafood restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and we had no safety concerns. We also enjoyed a kayak excursion while there as well as a drive to Dunnedin which has many restaurants and breweries. Elaine was a great host and I highly recommend her house for individuals of any age.

Amazing trip

Our family had the best time at this location. 2 blocks from the beach, dock in the back yard, beautiful pool. House has lots of room with an open layout, loved it. My son had the best time fishing off the dock . We also saw a manatee. Elaine was amazing answered ever question we had with quick response. We will definitely stay again. We definitely recommend this home.

Perfect house, perfect location

We were in the area visiting family and found this amazing home. The location was perfect and the backyard was so relaxing. The kids caught some catfish and enjoyed the fishing and the sunsets. The house was large enough to fit 3 teens and two adults. My son's friend left his school laptop there after check out. The owner, Elaine was so very responsive in coordinating the effort to meet us and get the laptop back on the way back to the airport. I really appreciated how responsive Elaine was before check in, during our stay and after check out. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the area. Thank you again for everything! We will definitely be back!!

Wonderful family getaway

Our family had a great time at this property for a quick two night stay. From the excellent location a short walk from the beach, to the waterfront views from the dock, to the pool, to the well stocked and family friendly interior- this house has everything we were looking for. Elaine the owner was very responsive and welcoming and check in/out was easy and efficient. We highly recommend!

Highly recommend

Communication with this homeowner who is so easy and fast. The home is absolutely beautiful and conveniently located. The pool was beautiful even after a hurricane the only thing that I didn’t realize but the homeowner did state the hot tub is not hot but it does work would highly recommend this property due to the communication being so easy with the owner.

Everything you need!

Great location, love the pool and the dock, a couple blocks from the beach, and close to food/restaurants. We kayaked and fished off the dock. Stocked with everything you need, towels, beach chairs, etc. Would definitely stay here again. Great spot for a family/friends vacation. The property manager was wonderful and great to communicate with.

Relaxing, beautiful waterfront with a private pool!

What more could you want? Has everything you need, ample towels and blow dryers, iron and board, stocked spice pantry, huge dining areas and enough room for everyone to hang out! Will return again and again. Host is the best we have found, super attentive!

Beautiful location and water access for boating & beaches

We loved our stay here! Let me start by saying the photos don't quite do justice for this properties views and amenities! We luckily booked last minute to visit friends in the area and the house was perfect for our family. It's a house you can be comfortable and enjoy the outside and inside as a family. The area is a mix of large new homes and smaller old florida beach homes which we loved the character of! The house is retro (but has all the amenities) florida with a ranch style layout that was more spacious, light and open than we expected from the pics. There are 2 large living spaces inside + dining and a large kitchen. The outside patio area has open views of the canal with good flowing water, spacious and the dock was perfect for our deck boat to be tied to and evening /morning fishing and boat rides. It only takes a few minutes to get to the larger water area. The pool is large and clean with open views through the sliding glass doors on the back of the house. We didn't even consider using the cold water jaccuzzi (non hot water tub) bc the weather was HOT. The private neighborhood ramp is only 3 blocks away on 15th. There's a local shopping area just a few blocks north (around 16th) ave that has fresh seafood and produce, restaurant and love bait (+cigars!). The house was well stocked with pool fun items, towels, tables and kitchen supplies. And Elaine was very thorough in her explanation of checking in, and clean up. We loved it and would book again!

Absolutely perfect!!

This house was absolutely fantastic! 2 big living rooms and 2 dining rooms and very spacious!! There was 8 of us total and we had all kinds of room and a place for everyone to sleep. We went for the beach but found ourselves staying at this house because of the pool and you have a dock in the canal and the boys fished from it. We will be staying at this house again in the future.

Amazing

Best vacation rental we have ever done. Our families vacation together every year and we WILL be returning to this gem. The hospitality is top notch. We had a dock and a slip For the boat , which the guys loved! Kids loved the pool and extreme close proximity to the beach ( we went everyday). White sand beaches and crystal clear water!!! Amazing restaurants within 5 miles or less and on the night we stayed in most of the seafood restaurants DoorDash!!!! We also enjoyed the splash harbor water park located less than five mins from the residence. Stop your search now, this is the one!!!!

Very family and pet friendly! Great home for all family members. Large kitchen ,two dining rooms ,two living rooms. Fishing off the dock, boat ramp close to the home boats dock from the dock. Driveway can hold boat trailer. Just a great home , you really don't need anything but your bathing suit. Walking distance to the beach. Beautiful sunsets!
