This 5 star rated pool home is located directly on the water. Everything you need to relax and rejuvenate on your tropical vacation. This home is a duplex with two units, each rented separately. This 2 bedroom 2 bath unit has upgraded EVERYTHING. New washer and dryer in the unit! You can walk to the Treasure Island Public beach at the end of the street with a 4 minute walk or enjoy dolphin and bird watching from your own pool or dock. All the comforts of home if home had an incredible view of sun rise and sunset over Boca Ciega Bay! Rent a boat or bring your own as we have an available boat dock and lift for an extra charge (please contact prior to booking if interested). Completely remodeled with all brand new Samsung appliances, and quartz counter tops.

We look forward to you having an incredible vacation, but this is not a party house, please. We have a quiet neighborhood, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature.

It is located just 30 minutes from Clearwater Airport and 40 minutes from Tampa International Airport. Just half a mile from Johns Pass with tons of restaurants, bars, shopping, golf cart rentals, antique shops and all the ice cream you can enjoy!

Perfect Paradise getaway!

Great location, beautiful property and everything you need for your home away from home. We enjoyed the pool and watching dolphins swim by. We were close to great restaurants and could easily walk to the beach. We hope to visit again soon!

Beautiful waterfront Treasure Island stay

We all loved the location, just a short walk to the beach and also close walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. The views from the pool and backyard were gorgeous and we loved to watch the sunrise from there in the mornings. The owners made the stay a great one for us as well. we loved the decor and little touches throughout. Our whole family had such a great time there and made many wonderful memories.

Great vacation home

This is a great place to bring your family! The host thought of everything from the beach chairs to the towels! We really enjoyed meeting and talking to the family in the unit attached to ours. The sunrises and sunsets over the water were memorable. Thank you for sharing this lovely home with us!

Home away from Home

This by far was my family’s favorite trip we have taken. The location is absolutely perfect. My two teenage boys were entertained from sunrise to sunset with fishing off our dock and swimming in the inground pool. We saw dolphins every morning and evening. The house was equipped with all things needed for the beach..wagon, chairs, beach toys, and umbrella. Communication with the owner was super easy and they were quick to respond. If you are looking for a location that is quiet and relaxing…This is your place.

The best girls weekend!

Krystal and Perinda (property manager) were amazing. We surprised our friend that recently move to Florida from Nebraska. The duplex was the cleanest VRBO I ever stayed in. Perinda was so helpful. She went shopping for us ahead of our arrival and she allowed me to ship her gift bags for my girlfriends. She had them hanging up when we walked in. We will be back and I have already recommended this property to many people. Thank you for the best get away.

Nice place with a great view! Enjoyed the stay very much. Pool light didn't work but the electricity did., It would send a slight tens unit feeling shock if you touched the light. We turned off the light switch! lol. Biggest issue for me was owner wanted $75 day to use the lift! That is ridiculous. Other than those things, nice place to stay.

Awesome place to stay!!

Thank you Krystal and family for such an awesome place to stay. The house has a pool and sets on the intercostal waters. Very peaceful and quiet but close to about anything you might want to do. We were able to see dolphins at sunrise and Sebastian visited in the mornings. Krystal has thought of everything. I can’t think of anything that wasn’t available for a day at the beach or for just hanging out at the house. Treasure island beach is a half mile walk. John’s Pass is a few minutes drive. Lots of restaurants close by. Try Ricky T’s for great food. And Brittt’s coal fired pizza. Or cook at the house with a grill that is supplied and all the kitchen utensils you could need. The Florida Botanical gardens is free and about a half hour drive. As is the Weedon Island preserve. We would definitely stay here again! Krystal thank you so much!!

Everything was wonderful, the pool and close proximity to the beach were fantastic. The house is super cute and having our family stay in the connecting house (duplex) worked beautifully. I can’t say enough about how attentive the property manager was and what a pleasant experience this was from the moment we booked the property. We would definitely return, we had a blast. Thank you!

Mini-Paradise!

Some neighbors and I wanted a long weekend by the beach and found this listing. I’ve never used VRBO before and was very very happy with the experience. The Treasure Island duplex was PERFECT. It’s obvious the owners are invested in the property and in giving their guests a truly lovely experience!! We will be booking this place again!

Tropical Storm

Stayed there this weekend through the tropical storm. My boat never left the davit and we couldn’t enjoy the water but the apartment was top notch and the host super nice and helpful. Excellent communication and the place was a very pleasant surprise for my daughter and I. Thank you Krystal.

Originally from Florida, I am a Healthcare Executive and my husband is a Fire Fighter and my mother is almost retired from a career in the furniture industry! The Tampa Bay Area has been my home and even though I’ve traveled many parts of the globe, there isn’t anywhere else I’d want to own a beach house. Paradise Villas is named after our wedding flower, the bird of Paradise, which you will see proudly displayed in art and on the property. White sands, beautiful water, dolphins every morning, what’s not to love. We know you will love this place as much as we do and we wait for this to be your vacation destination year after year, so please don’t hesitate to contact us for anything.

It is so rare to find a house in treasure island with a pool on the water, especially one with a dock. This property’s availability will not last in this area. Enjoy sunrise and sunset views off the back yard. Dolphins swim in our bay daily. We have beach wagons and chairs if you want to walk right outside this neighborhood to the Treasure Island Public beach for the full beach experience.

2 bedrooms with 2 full baths. Full size washer and dryer in the master en-suite for those tong term guests to use. Semi-private pool only shared with the second unit. Both units are available for rent if you plan to come with family and really want some space or need more beds. Contact me for more info on the second unit.
