Lyxig 4-sängs Orlando-villa i 'The Sanctuary' på den gated community i West Haven. West Haven är en vackert manicured utveckling i lugna omgivningar och nära Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios och den nya Legoland. Villan har fyra sovrum som består av 1 Master Suite med super king size-säng, ett stort badrum med eget badrum och hans och hennes promenader i garderober, ytterligare två sovrum med god storlek med queen size-sängar och 1 tvåbäddsrum, alla med TV. Det finns också ett andra badrum bredvid de andra sovrummen och en bottenvåning. Villan har 2 nedre våningsplan med vardagsrum, lyxkök, 2 matplatser och en 52 'LCD-platt-TV, DVD-spelare och Xbox One-konsol. Garaget har också spelrummet med biljardbord, basket och fuzzball. Utanför finns ett stort uteplatsområde med massor av solstolar, bord och stolar, en mycket användbar uteservering, dusch, gas-BBQ, privat pool och spa med utsikt över ett fantastiskt bevarandeområde.

Beautiful Disney getaway

The home is beautiful, clean, and in a safe quiet neighborhood. The pool and hot tub was so nice after a hot Florida day. It had all the amenities we needed, and more!!

Christmas Stay

We stayed in this villa for three weeks and would highly recommend. Very peaceful out by the pool as it backs onto a lake and has everything you need inside the villa for a great stay. We would definitely stay here again the next time we come to Florida.

The place was great and accommodation was cleaned before arrival . The only thing that we had a problem with was the heat of the pool. Just wasn’t hot enough upon arrival . But took a few days to warm up enough. Was refunded a days pool heat.

Perfect vacation villa!

Loved our stay here in Florida. The Villa was exactly what we were looking for; good size and layout, great pool and outdoor area. The location is perfect for theme park visits and the Champions Gate area has everything you need for shopping and eating out etc. Would definitely consider another visit in the future.

Great vacation

We had a great week at our rental property. It’s a nice roomy home and our granddaughter loved the pool. The one thing that was difficult was the traffic. I assume that’s a normal thing here because it’s got so many things to see and do. I give this property an excellent rating and recommend highly!

Second Stay!

This was our second stay in the past 12 months. It is our favourite Orlando villa! Perfect location. Well maintained and super homely. Stocked with so much kitchenware and towels. Our little one was thrilled by the addition of the tv to the Winnie the Pooh bedroom. We loved sitting out by the pool listening to the wildlife in the conservation behind. A real beauty spot, I don't think we could stay anywhere else in Orlando now!

Perfect Comfy Home

We enjoyed three nights here before getting on our Disney cruise. Everyone had plenty of space. The house was clean, cozy and just lovely. Having a private pool made for some happy kids!

great spacious villa

This is a truly great villa.Very well equipped to a high standard,nice and clean and we have been to Florida over 25 times and this is one of the best villas we have stayed in,it also captures the sun most of the day and has a spacious outlook so very relaxing. Highly recommended.

We are Jon and Clare Bridgwater and have recently purchased our beautiful villa this year. The deciding factor in buying a villa to have as a holiday home and rental property were the numerous holidays we have shared here. We have lived in the county of Hertfordshire, England all our lives but regard Florida as our second home!

Having spent many holidays in Florida over the past 20 years, including our honeymoon! we decided Florida was the place to purchase our dream holiday home and chose 'The Sanctuary' West Haven for its beautiful surroundings and for our own perfect sanctuary!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

After viewing many properties, the moment we saw our villa we knew it was the one for us. We had already made our list of criteria of what we wanted in a villa and it ticked all the boxes! Our grandson also gave it a very big tick and not just because of the games room! The main attraction was the view as we had often stayed in villas that overlooked the neighbours pool! Which is not what we wanted. This is why we chose the stunning surroundings of 'The Sanctuary'
