Lauderdale House (tillstånd # CASR-201528747) är ett stort lyxhem med 5 badrum i det prestigefyllda Cherokee Park-kvarteret i Nashville. Vi är erfarna Homeaway / VRBO ägare och värdar, med fem mycket utvärderade fritidshus i Nashville-området. Personligen stannar vi alltid på fritidshus när vi reser, så vi förstår första hand vad som förväntas och vad som behövs på semesterbostäder. Vi vet precis vad du letar efter, och vi böjer oss bakåt för att leverera det!

För att hyra vårt hem måste du vara 25 år eller äldre. Våra hem är licensierade och har godkänt alla bestämmelser som krävs för koder. Observera att på grund av koder inom Nashville är ALLA fritidshus bara tillåtna 12 gäster för övernattningar. Våra fastigheter kan inte vara värd för evenemang eller stora fester. Inga fritidsfordon, bussar eller släpvagnar. Högst 4 fordon tillåtna. Alla dessa regler är strikt reglerade av Metro Codes och alla fritidshus i Nashville omfattas av denna lag. Med fyra riktiga sovrum, plus ytterligare sovplatser med sängar och utkanter, är detta hem vår flaggskepp: den ultimata komforten och avskildheten för flickors helger, affärsgrupper, flera familjer eller varje samling som kan dra nytta av upp till 8 separata sovplatser områden. Och med 5. 5 rymliga bad, (och 3 vattenvärmare!) tillgång till duschar och badkar är inte ett problem. Lauderdale House ligger i en supersäker, lugn och etablerad stadsdel. Det är väldigt lätt att hitta: bara två stänger av i-440 och bara 2 km från Vanderbilt University. Och för att komma till det berömda Ryman Auditorium, Bridgestone Arena, Music City Center och honky tonks i nedre Broadway ligger bara 4 miles rakt ner till West End till Broadway.
Inuti detta 4000+ sf hem hittar du fem king size-sängar, en queen size-säng, en full säng och en tvilling. Det finns ett rymligt och välutrustat kök, ett vardagsrum / matsal med vedeldad öppen spis, mediarummet med en storbilds-tv, kabel, Blu-Ray-spelare och skivbibliotek, ett biljardbord i full storlek i bibliotekets rum och naturligtvis 5 ½ badrum. Andra bekvämligheter inkluderar ett stort bibliotek, tvättmaskin och torktumlare, ett stort sortiment av små apparater för köket, brädspel, hårtork i varje badrum, strykjärn och strykbräda och höghastighets WIFI. I grund och botten, allt du behöver ta med är dina kläder och din mat! Vi erbjuder kaffe- och köksfaciliteter (olika häftklamrar, kryddor etc.), sängkläder, handdukar, ny tvättade täcken på varje säng, ekovänliga badtvålar, schampo och balsam.

House was decorated very cool. We especially liked the purple piano and spacious bathrooms! Kitchen needs spatulas for grilling outdoors! Salt water pool was great!

Good for bachelorette stay

The house was in a good location and had lots of space for a big group. There were some issues - one of the toilets wasn’t working when we arrived (the host send someone to fix it two days later); a number of light bulbs were out; there were a good number of lightbulbs out and cobwebs; lots of drawers were missing knobs; and the hot tub cover was very broken. The house could use some general fixing up and a good deep clean.

Great Stay!

The house is great, plenty of space, the pool and hot tub were a welcome amenity, the location is a short car ride to the all attractions but is nice an quiet at night. We highly recommend this listing.

Spacious but could use TLC

First the good - the place is enormous. The pictures really don't do it justice and the very unassuming outside hides a very spacious interior. When it says it will sleep 12 in comfort, they really mean it. The neighborhood is very convenient to the market, Centennial Park and Vanderbilt. It is a very quiet, family neighborhood. The property manager was responsive. Kitchen is well stocked with a variety of dishes, pots, pans, bowls, etc. Now the not-so-good - everything about the place could use TLC. The grounds in the front and back need cleanup. The inside could use a good deep clean. There were multiple places with cobwebs in the corners. There was functioning light in every room, but multiple light bulbs were out throughout the house. The hot tub water was just about air temperature (so not really a hot tub at all). There was a dripping faucet, a toilet which ran for quite a while after every flush, and a broken drain in a tub. The dryer is missing the lint filter. One of the bathrooms had handles missing from the faucets. I could go on with little things, but I think I've made my point. I would say the hot tub is the only major issue. Everything else is minor, but there are a lot of those.

A week in Nashville

We truly enjoyed our stay at this home. The management team were very responsive to any questions or needs we had. The layout of the home is perfect for a group stay. The neighborhood is so nice and quiet and everything is within 5-10 miles.

Family getaway

Positives: Wonderful neighborhood! Tons of space. Great layout to the house. So comfortable and our family of 6 were not cramped in the slightest. Very clean interior. Negatives: The pool is 4ft with no deep end. Tons of bathrooms, but some repairs needed in a few of them. The landscaping was not very pretty.

Great house with room for everyone — just a few quirks

This property is truly a great find, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. Our younger kids (8 & 10) loved having the master suite’s entry room with the TV all to themselves — it was perfectly separated from the other bedrooms, which gave them their own little hangout zone. The teens took over the entryway and pool table room, which gave them space to be silly and have fun without disturbing anyone. Meanwhile, the adults enjoyed relaxing in the comfortable living room. Everyone had a spot that felt like their own.The pool was open, but unfortunately it was a bit too cold to use during our stay. The hot tub, however, got plenty of use and was a great bonus!The only reason I can’t give a full five stars is that some of the appliances and fixtures could really use some attention. The dryer, in particular, makes a very loud and constant squealing noise — so much so that we only ran laundry while we were out of the house, which was a bit inconvenient. The dishwasher also makes some pretty jarring noises during its cycle. The grill worked, but it’s quite rusted and required some cleanup before we felt comfortable using it (we had to remove some deteriorating reflectors inside). Lastly, the exhaust fan in the red bathroom doesn’t seem to be working — after steamy showers, we noticed water running down the walls.These are all things that migh

Great for a sibling reunion

Seven adults descended on Nashville for a reunion of siblings. The house met all our needs and was perfectly situated for easy access to multiple areas. We didnt use the pool but it looked inviting. Beds and bedding were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked but could have used some larger pans for cooking for our group. All in all, a pleasant stay in a beautiful neighborhood.

Comfortable Stay, Fully Stocked House

We really enjoyed our time at the Lauderdale house. There was plenty of room for our large family and the house was stocked with the necessities for our week long stay (dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee/filters, condiments, etc.) The house was also located in a beautiful neighborhood and close distance to many of the must-sees in Nashville. The hosts are very friendly and accomodating, we would definitely recommend this house for guests looking for a 5 star, comfortable, easy experience in Nashville!

Great property and great location! These owners have thought of everything.

The pictures don't do this propert justice on the amount of space you will have. Extremely clean. We had several couples and everyone was happy with their rooms and bathrooms. The hot tub wasn't fully working (not hot) but that was the only thing the entire weekend! We would absolutely choose this property or one of their others again.

wonderful place, plenty of room for 6 couples. Everything a home should have and more.

Had a great stay June 20-24 2018. 6 couples celebrating some 50th bdays. Home was in wonderful condition with plenty of space. Creatively decorated. Just a $10 to $25 Uber away from Broadway.. depending on time of day. Would stay here over and over if the opportunity were to arise. We were even able to walk 10 to 15 minutes to a nearby coffee shop, restaurant and bar. Would recommend to anyone with a large group coming to Nashville.

Nashville perfect.

Great location, very upscale neighborhood, felt very safe, and walks were taken. Lots of space with plenty of bedrooms for privacy. Hot tub was working well. Pool table was fun. About the only ding was the the kitchen. Don’t expect to have large sit down meals, the table sits four. Cookware is insufficient to cook for large groups. But other that that, it was very good.

This house was perfect for our needs--10 women celebrating our 75th birthdays!

The house had plenty of bedroom, bathroom, and living area for all our needs. The kitchen was well stocked with dishware, glasses, mugs, etc. and even had some staples (like coffee). The neighborhood was safe for walking and lovely to look at, and the house was very convenient to downtown Nashville. We would have liked more light over the front door, and larger, thicker towels but all of us were very satisfied overall and enjoyed having the house for our downtime. The house was as advertised!

We had a great time. Location was great. We had access to all the things Nashville had to offer and for the times we just wanted to hang out and chill the house was comfortable to do this too. Only real negative and I'm not sure that anything could have been done differently... was the outside trash was overflowing so we had no where to place our trash for the week.

Perfect!!

My girlfriends and our husbands spent three nights in this wonderful home, celebrating our 50th birthdays. The location in perfect. The accommodations were better than anticipated. AND was so excited that they had a Christmas tree up with stockings over the chimney!! This was such and extra special touch as we also combined this to be a little Christmas get together as well. I highly recommend this property and will definitely plan to stay here again when I have a large group of friends coming back to Nashville!! Perfect for 5-6 couples!!

What a fabulous house!!! Loved it...

We had 10 adults in from Chicago and the house could not have been more perfect! Plenty of space for all of us. Every couple had their own bath and really nice sized bedrooms. And everyone said their beds were very comfortable also. I would highly recommend this house to everyone. It had absolutely everything you could need for cooking and hanging out. We will absolutely book this house again next time we come to Nashville Thank you Greg and Marcia for having us and making this a great "50" birthday celebration for me 🤠 Suzanne and Dave

Large and close to downtown

This is a large home close to downtown. It also has grocery close by to reduce your eating out cost. Pool and hot tub was nice. The landscaping was overgrown and needed help. The key pad to get inthe house stuck 80% of the time. There were stremers and tape left in corners of the ceiling the rooms. The bathroom light downstairs near living room didn't work. But overall it was a fun time with friends and family.

Amazing Nashville / Family Experience!!!

Our family of 12 from NY and California came to Nashville for our daughter's graduation from Belmont University. We wanted to be together, but not on top of each other. The Lauderdale house couldn't have been more perfect!!! The house is comfortable, spacious and BEAUTIFUL. It was stocked with everything we needed and more. Even a wine cooler for our California wine lovers! Grocery store, liquor store, Walgreens - all 5 min. away. Great to have five bathrooms, especially with everyone getting ready at the same time. And we never ran out of hot water! Only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer!

So accommodating for the size of our party!

Loved this house! Was able to Uber to everywhere within minutes! The pool table provided hours of entertainment and the hot tub was used too! The spacious rooms with the number of bathrooms was perfect for every couple to have their own. We played games around the dining room table and enjoyed it for breakfast too! It was nice to have the washer and dryer too. We had a party of 8 and everyone agrees this was absolutely perfect! Thanks to the home owners who made the scheduling so easy. Greg you are very kind and appreciate the hospitality in your VRBO home! My only problem was hot water...there are 3 tanks but the upstairs did not get a hot shower and one of the tubs didn’t drain.

Perfect house for friends trip.

The host was very friendly and accommodating when I booked our trip originally it was for a different date, when I asked the host to switch dates he was so helpful and did just that no questions asked. The house is huge and easy to get turned around in. We had six people in the home with plenty of space. The home comes with a huge above ground pool and a nice hot tub which both were very clean and maintained. The neighborhood is nice and people walking around outside and family friendly. The house was clean and had everything we needed, it is a close drive to downtown and stores, I would recommend staying if you are looking for more room and cheaper than a hotel. The only down fall we came across was when it came to getting into the house was the code given did not work. It did take about an hour to finally get a hold of the host to get in, but once we were in it was a great stay.

Needs a lot of TLC

The contact before arriving was great, non-existent afterward. I called the mgmt company number I was given so we could check our luggage, then was told there is a fee to do so. I refused to pay a fee to store my luggage when that cost was not listed in the listing. So I was told "Oh we can wave that this time" If you are going to charge a luggage fee then that should be in the listing. The house needs a lot of maintenance. You can tell it's very worn down and not maintained very well. The hot tub didn't work, asked and never received a response. The towel bars fall off the wall if you put a towel on them. The oven door is falling off, the dishwasher door is broken. Many light bulbs burned out throughout the house. A few showers did not drain very well. The downstairs shower the light doesn't work and the drain has 2 holes that are open so its drains very slow. We had to go out and get toilet paper and paper towel. As there was nowhere near enough for 12 people for 4 days. The place could really use a deep clean. tape and streamer stuff stuck to the walls in various rooms assuming from a previous renter. However it served it's purpose and everyone had their own space. It just really needs some TLC or a better mgmt. company as if the owner is paying for that they are getting ripped off. Also was never able to get the TV to work. The guest setup came up finally on our last night, so it was useless.
