We rented this property for a large family vacation. We have been coming to OC for 20 years and this was the best property we've ever rented. The views are unmatched from all three balconies! The place was just as pictured; huge and beautiful. They had just about everything we could need from cooking supplies to beach gear, even baby toys and books for our young child. Todd was friendly and super quick to respond. We hope to come back again next year!

We were very comfortable in this condo. It was clean and there was enough space for 10 people. From top floor to bottom, I give it a 10. Love this condo!

Great location

Love the location and the beach front views. Decks are great on each level.Overall the unit was OK for cleanliness but could use a good deep cleaning. Found lots of left over foods in pantry and dirty seat cushions at kitchen table and best to bring your own bed pillows. Could use a few beach chairs for renters but again, location is great and sleeps 9 comfortably. Bathrooms are small but functional.

The location is excellent. Keep in mind there are a lot of steps going to each level. We had to keep close tabs on the 16 month old as there are no gates at the steps. The views are fantastic and the walk to the beach is great. Two of the sliding glass door locking mechanisms were bad and took a lot just to shut and lock them. Luckily the one shower does have a tub so it made it easier for bath time with the baby. We had a problem with hot water and after contacting the host found that there was a breaker for the hot water heater that had tripped. So a few of us had cold showers but we got it back up and working after the host told us about the breaker issue. The sunrises are breath taking and the decks are fantastic. The kitchen was well stocked and we liked the full size fridge. The mini fridge was great for drinks. The fans in the bathroom were helpful with disapating the moisture when showering. The showers are in need of a deep cleaning with the grout having mold build up. We found the place to be clean when we arrived. But found Cheerios on the floor near the couches. The parking spaces out front would be tight in busy months. One car goes underneath and the other one parallel parks in front of that car. Rather tight space for the parallel car. With any place you rent nothing is perfect but we had a wonderful time here. We hope to go back next season. Hoping the host will remedy some of the problems we encountered.

Nice stay

We liked this location and close proximity to the beach. The house is nice and cozy, great for my family. My critique for the manager would be: we didn't use the dishwasher but when checking out we opened it and it was full of water and smelled bad, the main floor deck/balcony was full of sand even on top of the table, the glass shower door handle was very loose, and the water pressure was weak. Little things in the grand scheme of things but small issues become big issues later on.

Great location

You can’t get a better location - steps away from the beach. Ample space and easy parking. House was very comfortable. Property manager was extremely responsive. House had some beach toys for our daughter. Didn’t seem like the upper floors were vacuumed prior to arrival and carpets are very dirty. Deck needs to be redone- rusty nails popping and splinter potential. Only one beach chair left so bring your own and don’t forget shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash.
