It really is all about the view

This condo is beautiful spacious and well equipped.very conveniently located with ample parking for two cars. The view is phenomenal! It did require cleaning to be comfortable. The tiki bar is nice but was expensive. The music was great! There is no recycling program on the property, so be prepared to drive your recycling to a recycling center.

Great stay away from the Boardwalk

We had a great time staying at Walt’s condo. It was perfect for our small family of 4. The layout was great for parents to watch the sunrise and have coffee while the kids slept in. Location was perfect, far enough from the boardwalk to eliminate traffic but close to various restaurants and groceries. Parking was super easy and the Long & Foster check in process went smoothly. We would stay again!

AMAZING VIEW!

The pictures of this place don't do it justice! When you see it in person it is more than was expected! Very nice, clean, and comfortable for our family of 6. The view was absolutely spectacular! Going to sleep to the sounds of the ocean and waking up to it was the best part! Watching the sunrise from the comfort of your own balcony was a huge plus also. We would most definitely stay here again in the future.

Perfect for the Family!

The Plaza is a great building with an amazing atmosphere. The indoor and outdoor pools were a big part of the vacation. Especially since we had some rainy days. The condo unit itself was perfect. All of the kitchen utilities needed, washer and dryer in the unit was a huge plus, and the sofas were very comfortable. The best part about the whole place was the balcony with the view. This was where we spent every morning sipping coffee, and every evening enjoying a cool drink. It was truly a breathtaking view.

Ocean City stay

Perfect place to stay for a beach getaway. The condo had both an indoor and outdoor pool. There is also a bar by the outdoor pool that serves both drinks and food. The condo is within walking distance of restaurants, bars, shopping and a grocery store. The room was very clean. The property owner was exceptionally easy to work with. It was an excellent vacation!

Great condo, great building

The Plaza is a favorite of ours and this condo was great. Very clean and maintained well. My husband is 6' 8" and the shower was a bit low for him, but he is used to that with rentals so no complaints, just noteworthy for some.

Lots of fun at the beach!

My family and I had a very relaxing stay at the beach! Condo was well stocked with cooking utensils and dishes. It was comfortable and spacious. Loved having the washer and dryer in the unit too!! So awesome! Also loved the indoor and outdoor pools and the hot tub warmed me right up!

Great location with fabulous views.

Condo was clean and spacious. Great TV and internet service. The kitchen has lots of counter space with all the usual appliances. Check in is very easy. The unit has a great view of the ocean and everything worked well. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The owner/host is reachable, accommodating, and has great communication. Loved it and we will be back.

Beautiful view, lovely condo

It was a girlfriends getaway and we had a fabulous time. The condo was clean and quaint with a view that was awesome. The bedrooms were clean and spacious as were the bathrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed. Getting access to the condo was a breeze and the people in Long & Foster were so friendly. The security guards were always smiling and welcoming, too. The beach is a short walk, as is the tiki bar. We visited the indoor pool and jacuzzi and it was so relaxing. We would definitely stay here again.

Weekend Getaway

Condo was nice, we liked the floorplan, and there was a wonderful view of the ocean. We really enjoyed the break. We were in the area for a technical conference and decided to make it a long weekend after the conference. We were a little surprised that the linens and towels were not provided. in our previous experience with VRBO's, we have never had to bring our own.

Cozy stay with excellent view and location

The good: the view, listening to the ocean, easy beach access, cozy balcony chairs (and table and towel rack), big comfy couch, open living area, kitchen is well-stocked, puzzle table (dining table), comfy beds, two bathrooms, drawers and closets for clothes, lots of outlets, strong wi-fi, thermostat temperature control, tv's, shower pressure and hot water, washer/dryer, communication with host, easy check-out procedures, luggage carts, and elevators. The not-so-good: dark (despite lots of lamps), no fans, maze-like hall between bedrooms, beds are a little unstable, bringing our own linens, check-in at front desk, purchase parking pass ($80) at a separate front desk (no matter how long the stay), assigned parking, pool was closed, two (of four) elevators didn't work, alarm went off one morning (also a good thing!) and had to evacuate (officer said it happens at a lot of places on windy days), Note: We were only there for three nights during the week in mid-May, so it was a short, off-season stay with low occupancy.

The Plaza units have an incredible oceanfront view and the building is impeccably maintained. It has both an indoor and outdoor heated pools and a tiki bar and the jungle bar restaurant which has some very tasty food that I have sampled. The unit is spacious and very comfortable. Across the street is a grocery store which is very convenient and the beach density is low. The location is close to some great Ocean City restaurants.
