This property was just as pictured and as expected. Plenty of stuff for the beach and amenities in the condo to stay for weeks. WiFi was great and just what we needed for a relaxing time.

Long weekend

My daughter and I came down for a long weekend. The area is quiet and so is the beach! The unit was right on the beach and super easy access to the pool. Having covered parking so the Florida sun doesn’t bake your car was a benefit we didn’t anticipate appreciating so much. The condo is really cute. Nicely decorated in a cute beachy style, and really well stocked for everything we needed. Tons of towels and all the cookware we needed. The balcony furniture was really comfortable, and I spent each morning and evening on the chaise lounge out there listening to the waves. We would definitely stay again! Even got to see a launch from Cape Canaveral. Perfect stay! The pictures of the unit show exactly what was there.

Beach Relaxing

This property has great beach access, taking the hassle out of going to the beach. Plenty of restaurant options, I recommend Pappagallos if you want a pizza. The unit has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable, including lots of beach paraphernalia. My only suggestion is that there should be some sort of black out curtains in both bedrooms.

Great to see the sea!

There were a few hiccups, but every single one was handled promptly and efficiently by my two favorite property managers, Wendy and Cindy! You can trust any property managed by these two! And I loved being up close to the beatiful ocean, even in 55 degree weather!

Beautiful Oceanfront Condo

The owners and property management were always responsive leading up to my arrival. The condo is well maintained, furnished & has a direct view of the sunrise. The Full Moon during the week was another special treat.

Beautiful Relaxyng Stay

More than enough extras to make the stay very enjoyable. Plenty of beach stuff and plenty of kitchen items - hardly used them but if we needed something it was there. Only downside was that I wished I could cast or watch Netflix from my own account.

Wonderful Stay

Hi we had a terrific stay for one week!! Your home is beautiful and we found everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. Excellent location on beach and amazing views from lanai. The pool is very nice, along with Bbq on premises. I highly recommend staying here. Barb

Awesome vacation rental

My husband & I recently enjoyed our stay at the Indian Harbour Beach Club. The Beach Club itself was very well maintained. We enjoyed the use of the pool which was almost literally on the beach. The oceanfront condo unit was spotless and so well kept. We really enjoyed watching the two Spacex launches from the balcony. The owners provided everything you could possibly need for a stay on the beach. The unit was well stocked with essentials and even had beach towels & chairs & sand toys, pool noodles etc. for kids to use. The area was close to other beaches, plenty of shopping and numerous restaurants. I would 100% recommend a stay here & hope to come back.

Beautiful beachfront!

The apartment had everything you need in the kitchen, lots of stuff for the beach and plenty of towels and sheets. We would stay here again, but we were worried about the air conditioning system having mold. We would avoid the building, for that reason. The party before us or parties were definitely smoking in there and the master bedroom closet reeked if it, I took my clothes out of it for that reason. We could be wrong about the mold, but we saw black marks around the air conditioning ducts and the apartment had an odor of mold. We had experienced mold in the past.

Fantastic property located in the best facility (IHBC) on the Space Coast. We've been coming to IHBC for the past 4 years and Ted and Sandy's home is the best of the best! We are already looking forward to coming back!

Stay at Indian Harbour Beach Club

This is a beautiful location on the beach, which is understandably the reason for the price. Overall, I was happy with my experience. However, I found it to be extremely dirty, particularly, the floors. I did a lot of mopping myself, and it was absolutely filthy. There was very, very thick dust in the corners where the vacuum cleaner cannot reach in the bedroom. For what equated to over $200 a night, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness. Our extended family did enjoy staying at the property, so we would consider this location again. However, the cleaning staff needs to have a much higher standard of detail than I found.

We are happy to share our "PARADISE" with you. Many of our guests make return visits from year to year and become part of the Indian Harbour Beach Family.
The on site management team is there for everyone's convenience if anything is needed. Cindy and Wendi are very friendly, helpful and strive to maintain the property. They take pride in trying to make the guests feel welcome.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Having on site management and the availability for short term rentals was very instrumental in purchasing this property. Also, having the pool located close to the beach makes it convenient and accessible plus gives an open view of ocean. There is a mixture of young & old with the job opportunities offered in the Space Coast. Also, there are three causeways that cross over to the inland communities. This is a real plus in case of any needed emergency evacuation and also allows traffic to move steadily without the overwhelming traffic jams that exist in the more Southern parts of Florida.
