Beach Relaxing

This property has great beach access, taking the hassle out of going to the beach. Plenty of restaurant options, I recommend Pappagallos if you want a pizza. The unit has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable, including lots of beach paraphernalia. My only suggestion is that there should be some sort of black out curtains in both bedrooms.

Long weekend

My daughter and I came down for a long weekend. The area is quiet and so is the beach! The unit was right on the beach and super easy access to the pool. Having covered parking so the Florida sun doesn’t bake your car was a benefit we didn’t anticipate appreciating so much. The condo is really cute. Nicely decorated in a cute beachy style, and really well stocked for everything we needed. Tons of towels and all the cookware we needed. The balcony furniture was really comfortable, and I spent each morning and evening on the chaise lounge out there listening to the waves. We would definitely stay again! Even got to see a launch from Cape Canaveral. Perfect stay! The pictures of the unit show exactly what was there.

Great to see the sea!

There were a few hiccups, but every single one was handled promptly and efficiently by my two favorite property managers, Wendy and Cindy! You can trust any property managed by these two! And I loved being up close to the beatiful ocean, even in 55 degree weather!

Beautiful Oceanfront Condo

The owners and property management were always responsive leading up to my arrival. The condo is well maintained, furnished & has a direct view of the sunrise. The Full Moon during the week was another special treat.

Wonderful Oceanfront Oasis

Wonderful location right on the ocean with the roar of the waves singing to us day and night. Had all of the comforts of home. Nice location to view a SpaceX launch during our stay.

Daughter Wedding

Location is great with nearby grocery stores, department stores, restaurants and fast food availability. Condo was very accommodating for our needs, spacious environment and very relaxing facing the ocean. Short stay but memorable!

Perfect vacation stay!!

We have stayed in many places in Florida for vacation and this was one of the best. The condo was clean and spacious, and this unit is probably the closest you can actually get to the ocean on the entire strip! There are two separate bedrooms with separate bathrooms, which was great for our family of 4. The master bedroom has a sliding glass door to the lanai and ocean, so you can hear the ocean every night while sleeping, which is always a requirement for us. Overall, no complaints and would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area!!!

The View

Great location with a beach view that would not quit. We saw the most beautiful sunrises every morning for seven straight days. The balcony was our favorite spot. We were lucky enough to see a rocket launch one afternoon. The condo is well equipped and was spacious for the four of us.It was near many stores and restaurants, great location.

IHB CLUB

While the Club is a little dated, it was relatively clean and maintained. Anything on the water certainly ages quicker than anything in a dryer climate! Unit was quiet and parking was plentiful. Ocean was right at our feet; the ocean waves could lull you to sleep and watching the sunrise in the morning was a delight! Location was great; right on Hwy A1A just two blocks from EauGallie. We arrived about 11pm and the keys to our unit were waiting for us. Would definitely stay here again!

The on site management team is there for everyone's convenience if anything is needed. Cindy and Wendi are very friendly, helpful and strive to maintain the property. They take pride in trying to make the guests feel welcome.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Having on site management and the availability for short term rentals was very instrumental in purchasing this property. Also, having the pool located close to the beach makes it convenient and accessible plus gives an open view of ocean. There is a mixture of young & old with the job opportunities offered in the Space Coast. Also, there are three causeways that cross over to the inland communities. This is a real plus in case of any needed emergency evacuation and also allows traffic to move steadily without the overwhelming traffic jams that exist in the more Southern parts of Florida.
