Great location, close to the private beach, restaurants and stores. The unit did not look like the picture, but was still very nice and clean. More information about beach access would have been nice to recieve at check in. We ended up having to walk back to the hotel to get wrists bands to enter the beach at a reduced rate. Overall we would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Great location

The property was very clean and lived up to the advertisement. The best part was it’s location as we were attending the golf tournament and it was roughly 3/4 of a mile away, walking distance.

This place was great!!! I was so nervous to book the room because of all of the negative reviews. I’m very very picky about where I stay. So very happy with the room and staff!!! Give it a try you won’t regret it.

We had a good experience with the host, they responded to messages quickly. The host was also thoughtful and accommodating with our last minute change in plans due to the dangerous road conditions and last week's snow storm in Tahoe. They guided us through the cancellation process and resolved the stressful situation. We look forward to staying at their condo during our next family ski trip!

Clear check in instructions from the host. The location is very convenient, space in the property is good. Some updates are needed in the apartment but nothing critical. Overall a good choice for the area for 4-6 people!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The only thing that would have been more helpful is more clarity on the location and check-in process. We had to dig through the fine print to find the location and called to discover it was a front desk checkin. Just suggest making that more prominent in the confirmation email.

Didn't use the pool or hot tub but our rooms were clean and tidy. Everything in order. Nice and quiet. The place does need some work. Older place and worn but very clean and homey. We did have an issue with the bill and was never able to get ahold of the manager, but we contacted Vrbo and were able to get a satisfactory solution.

Great quick getaway!

This place was in the perfect location and such a nice surprise with how spacious and perfect it was for our family of 6 a dog! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The only thing was that the carpets were a little dirty, the fireplace didn’t work, and the fridge wasn’t keeping items clean. Despite these things, we still really enjoyed our stay at 3 peaks. The two bedroom townhome was really great for our family and quick stay in Tahoe!

My stay was good. Your employees were very helpful and courteous. Some updating would be helpful and air conditioning was subpar. No handle on bedroom door, the toilet was old as it was child like low. again I was very pleased with the employees. Thanks you guys, Gilbert.

One nighter

Didnt realize this was a hotel place. I thought this was a condo/townhouse. I didnt see the name of the property clearly on the booking. I messaged the property but didn't get a response. The place was clean and quiet for our one night stay. Close to everything in town.
