Disappointing stay this year!
Rating Details:
The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

We have been staying at Snow Creek properties every time we go to Mammoth for over 30 years. We have always had great experiences that have kept us coming back. This time was a bit disappointing. We like to open our windows at night to enjoy that nice cool fall air but only one of the three windows in the bed room had screens on it so we went to open the bathroom window to get a nice cross breeze and that didn’t have a screen on it either. In he morning we tried to turn the heat on to warm things up when we awoke but the heater was not working right and took forever to warm the condo up in the morning. Another disappointment was that there were no directions for the living room TV and we could not get it to turn on. So no TV all weekend. There were big cobwebs in the corner of the bathroom and in the corner of the living room. I cleaned them up myself. The toilet in the master bath barely flushes and needs to be replaced. The sink in the master bath needs a new aerator so that it doesn’t spray sideways when you turn it on. Lastly, the carpet needs either cleaning or replacing it was quite dirty. So overall our stay at Snowcreek was not the quality that we have come to expect over the past 30 years. Seems like quality control has gone downhill. Disappointing stay!!
