Denna nyrenoverade och välutrustade gäststuga fångar Venedigs sanna väsen med sin öppna planlösning, höga trätak och inomhus / utomhus utrymmen. Stugan ligger i ett av de mest eftertraktade och lugna stadsdelarna i Venedig, men ligger bara 20 minuters promenad till stranden och bara ett par kvarter från alla populära affärer, restauranger och kaféer på trendiga Abbot Kinney Boulevard som röstades till en av de "coolaste" gatorna i USA Om du vill ha mer runt staden på en cykel finns det flera cykeldelstationer i närheten (se karta i bildavsnittet). Stugan har ett stort sovrum med en queen size-säng, ett mycket stort gemensamt område med fullt utrustat kök, matplats och intilliggande vardagsrum, som har en sovsofa med en queen size-säng för extra gäster. Huvudområdet har franska dörrar som öppnar upp till en pittoresk uteplats med inbyggd soffa och utomhusgasgrill. En parkeringsplats ligger framför entrén. Pensionatet har en ren, modern, "Beachy" inredning, och innehåller många bekvämligheter såsom WiFi och kabel. Cozy and private cottage in Venice

The cottage is charming and cozy. Very private but still close to restaurants and shopping. Beach is a 20 minute walk. Small improvements and repairs would make this place perfect. Bigger problem is a construction site right next door. Drilling and knocking starts at 7am and goes till about 4pm. Parking is also problematic. It is not clear where it is ok to park and where it is not. All in all if you don’t care about sleeping in, this is a nice place to stay.

Excellent bungalow in Venice

This was a wonderful and VERY clean bungalow within easy walking distance to Venice Beach. The decorations were wonderful and I appreciate the multiple fans and air purifiers for white noise. All linens were white so you could see that they were truly clean. A full length mirror in the bungalow and hooks outside for wet beach towels or swimsuits, would be a great addition. The only negative was that there was construction going on next door M-S.

Enjoyed Stay

Overall, my boyfriend and I enjoyed our 2 month stay. The property looked just like the photos online, there was ample space for both of us, it was clean, and the property manager was readily available. Additionally, the location could not have been better and the surrounding area is lovely. Our only issue with our stay was the insistent construction beginning at 7am coming from the property next door, which made it hard to work from home.

Breeze & Light in Venice

Great property, great experience. The place is perfect - spacious with magnificent skylights and incredible windows for cross breezes. Property in a great little neighborhood just steps from Abbott Kinney and a short walk to the heart of the Boardwalk and Beach. Cottage is well-secluded with a private fence. Enrique is fantastic - available if needed, otherwise total privacy. Nice wi-fi and work spaces, easy parking spot and easy beach vibe. Wonderful month in Venice.

Felt right at home.

The minute you walk in the gate you know you’re going to feel right at home or even away like on vacation. It reminded me of being in Provincetown. The skylights are perfect in every room. I was supposed to work but all I wanted to do is cook, read, take naps, and curl up. So cozy. Will come back for sure.

Wonderful time in Venice

We loved the property and location, no complaints at all. Especially enjoyed being so close to Abbot Kinney, with tons of shopping, coffee shops and restaurants. Enrique made the process smooth and easy, and responded quickly to questions.

A Perfect Spot in a Beautiful Neighborhood

Loved our stay in this beautifully designed and comfortable private apartment. Enrique was responsive and attentive to any needs. Every detail in this apartment was just perfect and clean. Very convenient location and just a short walk to Abbot Kinney shopping and food. Given the opportunity, we'd love to live there year-round! We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Venice Cottage

I had the absolute best stay at this darling cottage. Enrique was nice enough to accommodate my request for early check in which I really appreciated. I felt instantly at home, and couldn't have asked for a more convenient or cooler entry point to Venice. It has everything you'd need from an uber-comfortable bed to a well-organized kitchen—and cute outside patio to sit in good weather. I loved this place so much I would live there if I could.

Venice cottage

I loved this place! I have stayed in several other Venice properties so I knew the area and it was perfect for a combo work/play stay. There were some cleanliness and maintenance issues which the property manager is handling. However, these not not distract from the enjoyment of a beautiful space. There is plenty of room; excellent wifi for the video work I was doing; loads of storage so it felt neat and clean throughout; access to grocery store; Abbot Kinney; the beach all very easy.

Venice Beach Vacation

Nice property in good location. Owner is responsive to service requests. There will be construction noise on week days for another five to six months. There is a large custom home being built next door.

Great Experience

Loved our stay here! There were some recent reviews regarding the construction noise next door. This was not an issue really. We heard a little hammering around 9 a.m., but it was not overly invasive. Great experience overall!

Great spot in Venice for a small family but one thing...

The place is great for a small family or couple and the layout / decor is nice. I wish the owner would have given us a heads up on the construction going on right next to us that started at 8 am, Monday to Friday. I know the construction crew was trying to be conscious of neighbors but still hard to wake up to light hammering that got progressively louder as the morning went on. Other than that, a great spot in Venice!

Noisy. Construction next door unfortunately made the stay uncomfortable.

Property is very nice. Very unique and decorated very well. Changing floor levels is disturbing as are the patio and walkway blocks. The ceiling fans are diffinately a plus as are the many windows. Directions for the clothes dryer and washer would be nice as would directions for the coffee maker. Microwave installation is unique but difficult to use. Enrique was very helpful and professional. His flexibility with arrival changes was exceptional.

Some negatives to our stay

Loved the property, although it was a little dark, the small garden was rarely usable due to very noisy work directly next door where they were building a small block of flats. This also blocked the sun from the garden. The local area was quite run down. Further to walk to beach than anticipated. We would have appreciated being warned about the noise/dust level before committing to this property. The result was we felt very confined indoors, all windows and doors had to remain closed during day to block out noise and dust. We feel that financial compensation would be appropriate as we were not told in advance of the ongoing work next door. It did affect our enjoyment of our stay.
