Centrally located near the Island's best restaurants and just a 5-minute walk to the King & Prince Hotel and nearby beaches. Enjoy new furnishings, comfy bedding, and reliable wifi. A 15-minute walk takes you to the village with its unique shops and cafes. Relax on the shared deck with park views or explore nearby dining and attractions. Perfect for a relaxing getaway or remote work.
The space
Living Area: The bright and airy living area features a comfortable sofa, a 55" TV with a soundbar, and a dedicated work desk. The TV is mounted on a swivel for flexible viewing.
Kitchen: The compact yet fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and a butcher block countertop, ideal for preparing meals during your stay.
Bedroom: The sleeping area offers a comfortable queen bed with quality bedding, and thoughtful decor enhances the serene ambiance.
Bathroom: The modern bathroom features stylish fixtures, a walk-in shower with subway tile, and high-quality linens for a spa-like experience.
Outdoor Space: Step out onto the shared deck, furnished with seating and an umbrella, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening drinks while taking in the surrounding park views.
Parking: Ample off-street parking is available for your convenience.

Located just steps from the beach, this studio loft provides easy access to the best of St. Simons Island. The studio loft is accessed via a hallway with a private entrance. You'll receive a unique code for the keypad lock to ensure secure and convenient access during your stay. There is a 2nd story deck that is shared by the 2 studio lofts upstairs.
Other things to note
This kitchen is well equipped so all you need to bring is your groceries. Oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator. No cooktop. We like the Harris Teeter app where you can place your order ahead of time for curb-side pickup. We tastefully appoint our bathrooms with the essentials; shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper and hair dryer. We provide a Tesla charger and Nema 14-50 plug for electric car owners. No fee to charge your personal vehicle.

This neighborhood is a private retreat, steps to the beach and dining. The old growth oak streets make a great shaded place to walk. 5 min walk to the King and Prince and 15 min walk to the Pier Village.
