Furnished home Muller Drive, Napa is located three blocks north of downtown. Please minimum 3 months. Maximum 2 people.
Located on one of the few circle drives (no through traffic) in town. The home is on a large park-like lot, full of trees and shade, and backs up to Napa Creek along the entire rear of the property. The home is just a 20 minute walk to the heart of downtown. Available Oct 1 2025 - March 1, 2026.
$3400 per mo, includes utilities except tenant pays pg&E charges exceeding $100 per month.


Location location location, QUIET, very large lot, on circle drive almost no traffic passing the house, neighborhood all custom homes circa 1950, neighbor homes screened by vegetation, artistic home full of light, furnishings mostly Scandinavian. Available Oct. 1 through March 30.

THE SPACE
This 1850 square foot 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom Cliff May (well-known 1950s architect) home boast a full kitchen, spacious dining areas, and a cathedral ceiling living room.

The home was updated in 2012 and 2024, new very cool roof 2025. This architect's open plan full of light connects the inhabitants with the outdoors.

The primary bedroom and bath are located at the north end of the home. A large interior window connects master bedroom inhabitants to the green-filled backyard. The adjoining bathroom includes a walk-in shower and wall-mounted European style vanity and sink and ceiling height cabinet. Two more bedrooms are located at the south end of the home. The bathroom, between the two south bedrooms, has a tub/shower and was updated in 2024. White ceiling fans properly-sized in all bedrooms and cathedral ceiling living room. The living room includes a bank of nearly full-height windows facing the lush backyard.
100% of the flooring in this spacious home is light-maple, further ensuring the home feels full of light.

The master bedroom and west bedroom include queen-sized beds. There is a fold-out full-size bed available as well. The east bedroom is currently an office. Quality firm beds.

The house is equipped with amenities such as wi-fi, flat screen 60-inch TV, tv sounds through high quality elac speakers and subwoofer; provide netflix and comcast standard channels, apple tv box, fully stocked gas-stove kitchen, and washer and dryer. Space for one car in the garage, the other in the driveway. There is a contemporary gas fireplace in the living room. The property includes a weber barbecue and picnic table.

There is a 30-vine “vineyard” in the front yard acting as a visual screen between the home and the street, along with a mature dogwood tree. Trees and bamboo along both the east and west side of the property, and trees at the back leading down to Napa Creek, ensure your maximum privacy and quiet, as does the home’s location on a circular drive with nearly no traffic passing in front of the house.

This home offers a secluded quiet artistic retreat. Truly great place to come home to; great base to discover Napa. This is an artist's home.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

My opinion this is the best street (circular drive, very little traffic), downtown adjacent, and provides an easy walk all over downtown in Napa.

Large lot, Napa Creek along entire rear of the property, house architecturally distinct, open plan, full of light via many windows and maple flooring.. The house and its location on the lot and setting makes it feel like you live in a park. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION, ARCHITECTURE, QUIET, SECLUDED, LIGHT, PARK-LIKE SETTING.
