Our newly renovated, charming condo is in walking distance to area restaurants and beautiful white-sand beaches of Gulf Shores. This unique unit is situated between the Little Lagoon and Gulf Shore Beach, very close to sand, surf, fishing spots, nightlife and many area activities. With a master bedroom, twin beds in the loft, comfy sleeper sofa, and two full bathrooms, this sweet spot can easily accommodate up to 6 people.

On-site amenities, include outdoor pool, boat launch and grilling area. Washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen w/dual drip/Keurig coffee maker, complimentary Wi-Fi, flat screen TVs, fresh linens, bath towels and beach towels are included in unit to make your beach getaway convenient and comfortable. There is a balcony for your early risers to enjoy a morning coffee too.

Please note, this unit is on the second floor and only accessible by stairs. Designated parking available on site.

Super relaxing week at the beach

Great experience start to finish. Margarita is a great host. Super fast communication. The condo was perfect for our small three generation family. Convenient to beach and everything else that we could need. Very well appointed, clean, and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Nice cozy place.

Nice cozy place, that has everything you need for vacation. Kitchen has everything you could think of. Everything is new and clean. General store is 1 minute walk. Highly recommend this place.

Cozy and Perfect

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The place was perfect for all of us and the location was great. The decor was fresh and inviting. I had great communication with the owner, Margarita. She and I chatted back and forth and had a seamless check in and stay. I would definitely return. The only thing I found was the outside of the building needs some up keep and there was pieces of trash around that need to be tended to daily. I look forward to returning.

Nice place

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Margarita was quick to respond and a pleasure to work with. The master bed is really firm and uncomfortable. I would add a few amenities to the kitchen like more storage containers for leftover foods, Basic cleaning supplies, staple seasonings (or maybe we have just been spoiled by our previous stays that guest have left supplies). The stairs could be an issue if you are planning to bring elderly or have small kids that can’t help carry things. Pool needed some attention (could barely see the bottom and was moldy at the top) but was not an issue for us as we went for the beach. Location was great for the beach but a little more of a walk than advertised if you are carrying all the needed beach supplies. Thankful the owners had beach towels, chairs, umbrella as we forgot ours. You have to turn onto a busy highway to get out of the condo which was a little aggravating but we were there on a holiday weekend. We met lots of new friends at the condo and made memories to last a lifetime. We would definitely return if we were in that area again.

Andy is very handy, and he personally renovated the space himself to make it as comfortable as possible - our home away from home when we have the opportunity to spend time there. As we open our second home to you, we hope you find the unique personal touches throughout the space and proximity to the beautiful beach and all the area as to offer a great value for this unique property. This cheery condo is situated right across the street from the beach where you can enjoy your morning coffee from the balcony with ocean view and salty breezes. Spend sunny afternoons lounging by the community pool with a good book or take a short 7-8 minute walk down the main road to the beach entrance and nearby restaurants.
Saunter inside to the newly renovated unit with charming surf decor and warm custom touches lovingly hand done by the owners. Take a load off after a long day on the water and watch a show on one of the flatscreen TVs.

The fully functional kitchen is equipped with built-in appliances, plentiful cabinet and counter space and numerous accessories such as a dual Keurig drip-coffee maker, microwave and toaster. There is also a coffee shop and general store about a 1-minute walk away. Friendly staff, beach gear and cute second floor cappuccino bar all conveniently located for your needs.

The master bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed and workspace in case you need to make a quick business check-in during your play time, or if you are perhaps considering a working vacation. The first-floor bathroom has a tub and shower combination and in-unit washer/dryer.

The spiral staircase leads to a cozy loft with two twin beds, privacy curtains, flat screen TV and full bathroom with shower.

The living room has a comfy, plush sleeper sofa and flat screen TV as well.

After you take a dip in the community pool, you can drop a line from the private dock into the lagoon out back where there is also an area to launch your boat or kayak you might bring along and visit neighborhood restaurants "water side". Or simply take it easy and grill burgers by the little lagoon after your day's adventures.
