Beläget på 23 Stoney Creek Road, är detta vackra fritidshus med fantastisk tidvattensutsikt, bara en kort promenadavstånd (3 kvarter) till den världsberömda hamnstaden - en fantastisk plats för hela familjen att tillbringa en hel dag. Det är verksamhetens centrum inom Sea Pines Resort. På piren kan du välja mellan valfritt antal aktiviteter ute på vattnet - piratseglar för barnen, segla ombord på trimaran "Sumo", naturutflykter, parasailing, vågkörning, båtuthyrning, charterfiske och middagskryssningar. Harbour Town Golf Links, hem för PGA Tour's Heritage Classic och Sea Pines Racquet Club ligger bara 5 minuters promenad (2 kvarter). Vackra Sea Pines-stranden ligger bara en kort bilresa eller cykelavstånd.

Detta hem har högt i tak och stora fönster som ger soliga och luftiga känslor när du går in. Den har tre rymliga sovrum; Alla har eget badrum och TV. På bottenvåningen finns det ett sovrum med en bekväm king size-säng. Det stora sovrummet, som ligger på andra våningen, har en fantastisk king size-säng och en egen romantisk balkong med en fantastisk utsikt över träsket. Det tredje sovrummet är också på andra våningen och det har två bekväma queen size-sängar. Din familj och dina vänner kommer att älska att ha två queen-size i stället för vanliga dubbelsängar. Great location!

This was our third visit to a VRBO home in Sea Pines, and definitely our favorite. We walked to the beautiful Harbor Town pool every day and walked to dinner a few nights. Jean was gracious and accommodating, communicating with her was a breeze.

Enjoyable October Weekend

The property is well located near Harbour Town but in a quiet location. Well maintained and lovely view off back porch of the marsh grass. Lots of glass windows to enable you to see the outdoors. Communication with owner was seamless.

Great Location!

We had a couples trip to Hilton Head and had a great stay. The house was perfect for 3 couples as we all had our own rooms and bathrooms and an amazing view. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The location of the house is great. Walking distance to Harbourtown and right in between 2 trolley stops so it was easy to get to the beach. The house was surface clean (vacuumed and dusted) but in need of a deep cleaning and updating.

Repeat stay

We’ve stayed here twice now and love it! The space is perfect for our family of five. You can’t beat the location with easy access to the beach, bike paths, neighborhood pool and Harbour Town. Host was easily accessible as needed and made the check-in process easy.

The house was perfect for our stay. Although a little dated it was clean and had the best location in Sea Pines. We enjoyed our time there.

Great location. Clean older house.

Clean but somewhat dated. No grill provided. Also no door on master bathroom. There is a door that shuts the bath closet, dressing room and bathroom. This is a superb location near Harbor Townn.

The property has a wonderful location, walking distance to harbour town and bike distance to beach and everywhere else. We loved it! The property is a little dated and run down but clean!

This is a Gem

We came to the island to attend a wedding with our adult children. The directions for check in were very clear and easy. The home is very clean and the location can't be beat! We had an easy walk to Harbor Town and took full advantage of this. In the evenings we sat out on the beautiful deck that overlooks Deer Island and the Marsh. Truly breathtaking. The wonder was so responsive to any questions or concerns. My only suggestion would be to have a keurig coffeemaker and also to have a keyless entry option. As a former vrbo host on the island, I can tell you, Jean's property and attentiveness are outstanding. Many thanks for sharing your home with us.

Disappointed With Beach Access-Not Welcome at Nearby Beaches

The home was comfortable. What was disappointing was the beach access. The online description indicated parking was an issue at the beaches but did not elaborate. Before ending up at the public beach miles away from the house we visited the two closest beaches and after discussion was told that although the beaches were public, the parking around the beaches were private. When we first arrived at Towne Beach we were waved in and so we proceeded to set up on the beach. After realizing we forgot the cooler a member of our party went to retrieve it and when he tried to re-enter was told that the beach was private and that he could not re-enter. When he questioned this policy considering his ease of entry minutes earlier, two security guards were called in which was totally unnecessary. We were told that we needed to go to the beach at the Beach Club. When we arrived at the gate of the Beach Club we were told that only the first 50 cars were permitted to use the private parking lot for the beach and of course we were car 51. We were then directed to the public beach several miles away. When we contacted our host we were informed that we could take the trolly to the nearby beaches which might work if you are without beach gear. Guests need to be told upfront that they are not permitted to park at the nearby beaches. The reason you rent a beach home is for easy beach access and that was not provided although implied online. I will not be returning under any circumstances.

An absolutely ideal location

Perfectly good house - not fancy, but nothing shabby, either. House had everything for 2 parents + 2 full grown teens, and Jean is great with comms. The location! 10min walk / 5min bike ride to harbor town, and having the marsh behind the house underrated. No neighbors behind you adding noise. 23 Stoney Creek is the best value on HHI.

Great value.

Enjoyed our stay here. I’ve stayed all over Sea Pines and many years nearby in Ketch Court. This is a great location for seeing wildlife as we saw deer everyday. The house served and met our needs well. On a side note we would loved to have had a grill .

Fabulous spot in Sea Pines at Hilton Head

Comfortable, clean, and spacious! Perfect for our family of eight. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well-equipped, comfortable setting in living room. Beautiful deck overlooking a marsh with lots of windows! Walking distance to pool , restaurants, shops. Trolley available to beach. Jean is a wonderfully attentive host. Always returns texts or calls quickly. Would rent again!!

All good!

Everything was as described. The house was spacious, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Beds were all comfortable which is always a pleasant surprise. The back deck was a very peaceful place to sit and relax with a cocktail or two. Beach access not the greatest as limited parking and no shuttle service available in the fall. Overall a good experience and would stay here again..

We live in Aiken, South Carolina, which is 3 hours away from Hilton Head Island. We had lived in San Francisco bay area for 10 years before moving to south due to a job transfer. We love natural beauty of the lowcountry and like to come down to Hilton Head Island as often as we can.

We love this property because it has a beautiful and tranquil view of the marsh and is surrounded by majestic live oak trees. We also enjoy being so close to the Harbour Town. We love the fireworks on the 4th of July and the boat trips available at the pier. Only 1.7 miles away is a beautiful Sea Pines beach that our family enjoys so much. Sea Pines Plantation is the place with ideal mixture of natural beauty and luxury & comfort.

The iconic Harbour Town Lighthouse is right there on your backyard and variety of water activities are available at the Harbour Town. Just a short drive or bike riding gets you to the beautiful Sea Pines beach.
