Located minutes from the beach, this condo is on the second floor and has all of the amenities you would expect. Imagine walking out your back hallway to the intercoastal where fishing docks are available anytime. Boat slips available upon request. Then turn around to see the largest pool on Indian Shores or enjoy the hot tub for those relaxing moments. Walk across the street to the beach and enjoy a day in the sun or enjoy a beautiful sunset in the evening.
Food, Ice Cream and a pub are also within walking distance or take a short drive to Crabby Bills or the Salt Rock.
Inside, a master bedroom with its own bath can be closed off from the rest of the condo for privacy and relaxation. The second bedroom is also a sitting room and opens up in the living room but has barn doors to be closed off if privacy is wanted. The kitchen has all the appliances including a Keurig and includes all the accessories such as a blender, pots and pans, dishes and most other needed appliances. Ask if there is something specific you are looking for.
