Konstruerad i 2011, är denna nya hem utformad som en stor semester tillflyktsort för familj och vänner. Home ligger två miles från vackra Holland State Park. Offentlig sjösättning 0,3 miles away. Njut Hollands omfattande cykelvägar, vackra centrum med restauranger och shopping, Farmers Market, fantastiska stränder och vänliga människor. Home har alla nya möbler, anpassade skåp, bänkskivor i granit, stor walk in kakel dusch i sovrummet med dubbelsäng på bottenvåningen. Övre nivå erbjuder rymligt stort rum med bäddsoffa. Två sovrum på övervåningen, ett med en dubbelsäng och ett med två fulla sängar. Varje sovrum har fäst 1/2 bad med delad dusch / badkar.(Jack and Jill bad)
Stora däck mot sjön med grill och utemöbler för avkoppling.
Absolut inga besvikelser med denna nya anpassade hem !!!!
Prime säsong 2200 per vecka lördag till lördag med en 4:00 checka in och 11:00 kassan 11 juni till September 5, 2016 med en $ 150. 00 städavgift.
Offseason hyra $ 175. 00 per natt med en $ 150. 00 städavgift.
$ 2500. 00 per månad för off season uthyrning.

Holland Holiday

Thank you to Bruce and Vicki for hosting such a beautiful home for our family for this 4th of July holiday. The weather was perfect, the beach filled with lots of holiday vacationers, Holland is a wonderful place for families to vacation together. We look forward to visiting again in 2026!

Tulip Time Trip

Vicki and Bruce were the perfect hosts at their wonderful house! My 91-year-old mom felt like a queen in the main floor master suite and upstairs was great for my wife and I. Not a squeaky floor in the place and plenty of light switches to help us navigate at night. Super clean inside and out with everything we needed for our time in Holland. Thank you for the hospitality!!

Wonderful Michigan weekend

Great location

The house was beautiful and very well stocked. The house was very spacious and super clean. We loved the porch - could see boats going in and out between the houses across the street. We loved the Holland area, lots to do and see. Hope to return next year.

Holland getaway

We loved our stay. The house is quite big with everything needed for a perfect time. The bedrooms are spacious and lots of room to hang out. We went to Saugatuk, Holland, Lake Michigan, and Grand Rapids. There are plenty of bikes to ride and a grill. I highly recommend staying here.

Great location, clean, and family friendly

We had an amazing time. Property was centrally located, clean, and very spacious. I recommend the owner get a lock box to avoid having to stay in touch for arrival. Check in/out was easy and seem less. Would stay again in a minute.

Spacious Lake House

One of the cleanest & roomiest vacation homes we’ve ever stayed in! Felt right at home. Enjoyed cruising the neighborhood on the bikes. Great location - close to the lake and downtown, too. Excellent hosts. Would love to come back!!

Great Home. Great Location

This was our second stay at this property and it was great as usual. The property is clean, large, and only about a 5-minute drive to the beach. The front patio is awesome for morning coffee and yoga. Also, you're very close to amazing running paths. Access to the garage is great too to keep your car cool and safe. We can't wait to stay here again!

Another Great Time

Our family of 6 had a great time here- again! We actually rented this home 2 years ago and had a blast, so we figured we would give it another shot. Holland was a winter wonderland, and we skied (XC and downhill), sledded, hiked, snowshoed, explored the frozen coast- all within 25 minutes max from this home. Our kids all want to come back again!

State of the Art

Our stay was fantastic, and I recommend this rental to everyone. Clean, clean, clean which is a must for us. The home was well furnished and close to the beautiful lake. The neighborhood is wonderful and full of friendly people. There are well maintained parks all around the area. There is much to do in this great community!

Perfect Summer Vacation

We had the perfect summer vacation at this home. The deck was great for relaxing, a quick walk to Lake Macatawa, and easy bike ride to Lake Michigan. The house had plenty of room for us, along with our daughter and her family. The home is lovely, nicely furnished, bikes provided, quiet, and comfy beds. We could not ask for a better summer spot.

Fantastic House for a Perfect Vacation!

This outstanding property has everything you could possible need for a great vacation. The location is convenient to downtown and the State Park. It is the cleanest place you will ever rent! There is plenty of room for everyone (there were four of us) to have their own space. This rental rates an A+. It is one of the best we have ever stayed in. The owners are very easy to work with and so helpful! You should be so lucky to get to stay here.

Girls weekend, tulip trip

Can't say enough wonderful things about this property. Located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood, spotless inside, and very comfy and cozy. Perfect rental for adults or families. The owners went out of their way to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived , until our departure. The city of Holland is beautiful, with wonderful restaurants and shopping. If you're looking for a wonderful trip in this area, this property is perfect!

This Holland house was absolutely gorgeous..very good location and had everything we needed. The inside and outside was spotless and very well kept..couldn’t have asked for more. We were lucky enough to meet the owners Vicki and Bruce and they were right there for our questions and very nice, fun people. I would highly recommend this place would definitely stay again when back in Holland.

Beautiful home in Holland near the lakeshore.

Beautiful home to help make our family stay in Holland a wonderful trip. Having a home where we can all stay together since we live in three different states while visiting family is a plus. Plenty of room and great kitchen to make meals along with an awesome deck to just sit and relax made it hard to leave when our trip was over. We will definitely see if this home is available the next time we all need to return to Holland.
