Bara Âœ blocket till en av de bĂ€sta strĂ€nderna i LA! Njut av en daglig promenad pĂ„ Venedig Pier för solnedgĂ„ngar och checkar ut surfarna pĂ„ nĂ€ra hĂ„ll. En huvudgatan med massor av restauranger, butiker, surflektioner, cykeluthyrning, etc. Ă€r bara 3 kvarter bort. Hamnen med segling, stand-up-paddla, fiska, Ă€r bĂ„tliv mindre Ă€n en mil bort. Hemmet Ă€r fullt utrustad med wifi, kabel, BBQ, biljard, spel, öppen spis. Det finns en gated parkeringsplats för din bekvĂ€mlighet.

Loftet spelrum har ett biljardbord, dart, brÀdspel och en tv.

Det finns tvÄ uteplatser - övervÄningen uteplats med bord och stolar och en annan balkong precis utanför köket med en gas grill och en hÀngmatta.

The condo har en tvÀttmaskin / torktumlare. Köket Àr fullt utrustat för matlagning och inkluderar diskmaskin, kaffebryggare, mikrovÄgsugn, mixer, kastruller / stekpannor, fat, start kryddor och vin kylskÄp. Och vi ger alltid en starter-paket med schampo, tvÄl och kaffe för din vistelse.

Sovrum 1 har en king size-sÀng, stora atrium-fönster med en sittplatser att njuta av utsikten. Det finns ett komplett badrum precis utanför dörren.

Sovrum 2 har en king size-sÀng, ett eget badrum, tv och en glidande glasdörr till utsidan.

Sovrum 3 Àr pÄ övervÄningen - det har tvÄ king size-sÀngar, en tv och franska dörrar som leder till övervÄningen terrassen. Precis utanför dörren finns en annan komplett badrum.

What a wonderful place to call home for a week! The condo is inviting, quiet and homey. It was stocked with everything you need for a vacation.You are literally steps from a quiet stretch of Venice Beach which is great for bodysurfing on one side, and regular surfing on the other. The keyless entry means you don't need to walk out the door with anything other than a bathing suit and towel. It's close to so many restaurants and markets, and the unforgettable experience of taking in Sunset on the Venice Pier with a whole cast of amazing characters. And if you want to experience the full nuttiness of the Venice Boardwalk, it's a 5 minute walk. And don't miss the Venice Canals, which will make you wish you had a spare couple of million to buy a home in paradise.We would go back in a second!

Great location

Easy walk to the boardwalk and canals. Initial entry was difficult due to confusing instructions, unit not numbered, total darkness at the entry and broken lock box. Kitchen not in great shape.

Ideal location

We were in the area for work so didn't really get to enjoy all that the house had to offer, but did get to take a walk on the beach and pier which was only a block away. One parking spot in the garage and no problem parking on the street. Would definitely stay there again.

Venice Beach Getaway

Great location two blocks from beach, bars, shops, and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Property had everything we needed wirh plenty of room for guests to spread out. Good communication with owner who made sure our stay was a good one. Overall, a great property and location just south of the hustle and bustle of Venice Beach. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect place for a group!

This property was perfect! it’s right next to the beach in a location that is not overwhelmingly touristy. We were walking distance to plenty of food and a short ride to some other meal spots. Nicole was communicative and super helpful from the time we booked until we checked out. Could not recommend enough!

Game Room was a hit!

Grandkids really enjoyed organizing a pool tournament for us. Nice location for a walk to the beach and to pick up dinner. Really appreciated the list of 'owner favorites' in the notebook. It was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

Little gem at Venice beach!

Can’t say enough about the host and this get-away. Location was great, and amenities in the condo were great- kitchen stocked with everything you need from spices , to lots of pots, pans ,etc. All beds sooooo comfy- very clean and the host was responsive and so helpful when it came to things to do! Highly recommend for anyone traveling to the area - close to lots of shopping , food and close enough to downtown LA, but far enough away as well:). Had a blast!

Great property and owner communication

Phenomenal stay at this very spacious, well decorated home. We instantly felt at home and everything was easy from the well stocked supplies to the wonderful secure parking area and easy to use TV. The area was perfect for walking and jogging, great restaurants, phenomenal beach access and easy travel throughout the region. Nicole, the owner was fantastic both in proactivity and communication. Would highly recommend this property for both individuals and larger families! The California large beds were amazing! Thank you Nicole for the wonderful stay and communication!

Spot was really clean and spacious. Lots of fun activities to do while at the home, with the beach just steps away. Beds were clean and very comfortable Owner very responsive when we landed to coordinate check in and any other questions we had. No hassles, would rent again.

Great base for a relaxing break.

The property was perfect for us, a family group of 5 adults. It was clean, comfortable, well-equipped and the location was excellent, a couple of minutes walk to the beach and a range of bars, shops and restaurants. Yes, as some previous reviews have mentioned, it is a bit tired and the blown glass in the large windows is an eyesore but the positives outweigh the negatives.

Beautiful Place

We loved this place! Very calming, great location for walking to restaurants, and wonderful host. We were in on business and needed 3 private restrooms. Perfect retreat! Wish we would have had time for pool and darts in the upstairs loft. Maybe next time.

Wonderful Venice Stay

The weather wasn’t super warm but we still enjoyed Venice and this condo. The pool table was such a fun addition- it really helped fill some down time! It was a very spacious, quiet and clean space. Would definitely stay here again.
