Amazing Property with tons of Space

The home was like a modern art museum and the layout gave all 3 parties in our group total privacy. The upstairs master bedroom with panoramic views of a nearby pond was amazing. The owner was a wonderful resource of local information and was available anytime we had a question.

As soon as I stepped inside, I was struck by the sheer spaciousness of the open floor plan, which somehow manages to feel even more impressive than the photos suggest. The renovation of this former industrial space is nothing short of spectacular. High ceilings, exposed brick walls, and large windows flood the area with natural light, creating an ambiance that's both dramatic and inviting. The host, an artist herself, has imbued every corner with thoughtful design elements and unique touches that elevate the space from merely functional to truly inspiring. What sets this rental apart is the meticulous attention to detail. Cohasset is a quintessential coastal NewEngland town. Within 2.5 miles of multiple beaches and walking trails this property is a dream. As an artist and avid gardener I have transformed this space from an old abandoned shell of a building and a broken parking lot , into a spectacular home surrounded by beautiful pollinator gardens.
