Weekend Family Getaway

Lovely little cottage within walking distance to Lake Otsego and a short drive to downtown Gaylord. Cottage is well equipped. Host was quick to respond and very accommodating. Looking forward to staying here again.

Great place to stay

The place was well kept, up to date, and clean. The truly amazing thing was it was well stocked with everything you would ever need. The brands and products were quality and not cheap. I would stay here again.

It was great. Every room was stocked with nice supplies . Jennifer was very quick solving issue with TV and plowing driveway.

Cozy winter getaway

It really is a cozy cottage. Nicely decorated and updated. There’s not a lot of space but it’s well used and furnished. The bathroom is really small, but the host has provided the necessities for some space to put your items.

Close to Treetops for Skiing

We have been skiing at Treetops for 20 years and recently sold a cabin we owned about an hour away, so we were looking for something close. This was a great location. It's a cozy cabin with a small but stocked kitchen, bath and 2 bedrooms. Had everything we needed, and we could bring our old doggie and let her sleep while we skied. Owner was easy to reach, and my adult kids added themselves at the last minute with no issues. Close to town for food, gas and shopping too.

Perfect "home" base!

This little cottage was super comfy for our family. It is small but well organized and had everything we needed for a long weekend. The location is very convenient to Gaylord and access to local recreation was a piece of cake.

The home was clean, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located—close to everything we needed. The host was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great week. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The cottage is updated nicely. The kitchen supplies and toiletries were stocked well.

Perfect place for a long weekend

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage and plan to come back. It’s very clean, feels newly renovated, and easily fit us and our 3 and 6 year old. The space was well laid out - the living area had a giant tv which was fun to enjoy after our kids went to sleep. We spent most of our time during the day at my husband’s family’s cottage (doesn’t have space to accommodate us) just down the road, and coming back to a quiet space alone to get our littles to bed was so important. We were 5 minutes from Walmart but still by the lake which was great for little walks at night too. Everything was as listed, we felt the a/c window unit worked

Adorable cabin in a great location!

The host is fantastic, she is very friendly, responsive, and patient! The place is adorable, clean, and in a convenient spot and a great location for evening walks by the lake. The cabin is equipped with everything we could possibly need and the host even put out treats because they knew our dog was staying with us! We will definitely stay here again!
