Wonderful golf vacation

My husband and I shared the house with two other couples and had a wonderful stay. The house is nicely furnished with multiple areas for gathering together. The kitchen is well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed our week there and wouldn't hesitate to return. Communication with the owner was excellent and very much appreciated.

Great outdoor space

Loved our stay here! Very convenient location and the house suited our needs. Nice kitchen, very well stocked. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area. Very nice seating areas, great pool/spa and fire pit. Loved watching the golfers!

Special Family Gathering

We had a special week and came home with special memories of being together in this great home. It accommodated our family well and would work great for 4 couples to share. The bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas were very clean just the housekeepers could have been a little more attentive to the living area & kitchen floors, kitchen and outside furniture. We can't wait to return for more family memories and add a week for couple friends to join us; experiencing two special stays. Thank you!

The house has a perfect set-up for a relaxing enjoyable stay. Open kitchen, comfy living room with flat screen, nice outdoor pool area with shade and comfy lounge chairs. Beautiful view of golf course.

Beautiful Home/Stunning Views

Our stay was incredible and I am anxious to return soon. The home is beautiful, spacious, and offers plenty for all ages. We were celebrating my mom's 84th birthday and this was just what we all needed after being cooped up for too long.

Nice property needing some attention to detail to maximize potential

PROS Deb is a very responsive property manager Great location with good Mountain Views Great outdoor amenities including pool, fire pit and spa, furniture Nice vegetation around patio and POOL for privacy Comfortable beds CONS Debris in pool and pool contractor not cleaning on schedule Pool controls were defective Refrigerator full of food from dual owners who appear to use property more than renters. Multiples of several types of food with no way of knowing how old. Had to remove some to put in our new food. Grill very dirty and did not maintain high temperature even on full blast. Dark living room and great room with no table or floor lamps for reading. TV remote for great room was missing so unusable. Pluses outweighed the negatives, but with a little attention could optimize the potential of this very nice and ideally located property

Great time!

My family and I spent over a week at this fabulous house-quiet neighborhood and beautiful views. The kitchen has everything you could need to cook meals and the private pool was fantastic since it was so very hot. I would highly recommend this house for a week’s stay in the Palm Springs area.

A wonderful stay

In this stressful time of lockdowns and social distancing, we had an incredible getaway at this beautiful home. The house has all the amenities you could possibly need, plus an amazing and relaxing pool, fire pit where we made s’mores every night (my kids’ favorite) and plenty of space for a comfortable family getaway. The owners were wonderful and very responsive to any questions, during our stay. We will definitely be back!

Turning a mountain into a molehill

We never actually made it to the house in March. Four of us – all journalists – were on our way to La Quinta to stay for two weeks. We were going to cover the BNP Paribas Open tennis tournament but that was cancelled the day before our scheduled arrival due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Two of us were already en route and had to scramble to get home before the governments and airlines suspended all flights. The house had looked perfect for our stay – the four of us know La Quinta and PGA West well – but this review is just to say that the home owner, Matt, and his colleague, Deb, were brilliant throughout. They were easy to contact, always helpful and, ultimately, generous in refunding 50 per cent of our money (according to the contract, they were not obliged to give us anything as we cancelled the booking on the day we were due to arrive). In the middle of our flat panic trying to get home and sort things out, they were fabulous. As a host, Matt gets top marks and his colleague Deb gets top marks and bonus points for sorting out the paperwork and getting our money back to us as soon as possible while we fought with the airlines and tried to get home to Europe. Thanks Matt and Deb. We hope to see you next year when, we all hope, life has returned to normal.
