Great place and location!

We loved our stay here! Property and room were very nice and clean! Room had everything you needed. Location was a very short walk to 4th street live and other attractions. We would stay here again!

Luxury Condo In Louisville

Visiting Louisville for a conference. My stay at the 4th Street Suite was awesome. Great communication! Great location. Very clean! Loved that the reserved parking was close to the apartment. Would stay there again.

Louisville loft.

Wonderful place. Super clean. Loved the balcony and pool. Only downside of our stay was it was very confusing check in process and check out was at 10am.

My husband and I stayed a weekend to celebrate our 18yr anniversary. And it did not disappoint. The property was amazing. Room was beautiful. Great location. My only complaint was the parking to get checked in. Once checked in parking was great. I will definitely stay again. Can’t beat the price for the value of what you’re getting.

Weekend away

The location of the apartment to 4th Street and Main Street was great! As soon as you walked in the courtyard, it was quiet as could be. The check in process was a little odd but worked well enough. The amenities at the apartment and whole complex were very nice. The mattress was soft but comfortable.

Over night with a toddler

We stayed in Louisville for just one night as a family after seeing a show at The Palace Theater. This location was perfect, lots of restaurant options around for take out after the show. This unit is very family friendly, and the walk in closet was a huge plus for the extra space. The check in process was so easy with the step by step instructions. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Louisville.

Worst place in Louisville, Kentucky

I don’t recommend for anyone to stay here. The host is very rude. Disrespectful. The building has a bunch of crackheads people sleeping in the hallway just very unprofessional. And he had the nerve to charge me a security deposit.

Smells very good

I stayed for two days and the apartment was spotless with clean linen and enough towels for four people. It was only two of us. The host is wonderful. Only downside was the pool and jacuzzi was out of order due to them working in the pool and it’s only one parking spot available. So one of us parked on the street on our stay. Everything mostly is walking distance.

Property was very clean and well appointed. Thoroughly enjoyed our time in Louisville.! Close to everything downtown and easy to get around. Thanks for a great stay!
