The cottage was great! Perfect for our family of five.It was clean, cozy and on a nice and quiet side street. It’s such a great location with a nice little walk down Main Street into town.Jared was a great host!We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for a week with our three young children and had a great time. The house is more spacious than the pictures show, which was great. It was very space efficient and had everything we needed. We didn't have a car, and packed light. The location was great for a quick walk to downtown or for us to hop on the bike trails with our kids. We jumped on the Madaket bike trail and biked to Dionis beach, which was amazing. It was easy to get to Jetties by walking to town, and taking the Wave. The neighbors were very nice as well. The downstairs bathroom is updated and spacious. The outdoor shower worked great, and there was some green space for the kids. Will definitely be back. The host was also very responsive.

Wonderful stay

My husband and I and our 18 month old had a wonderful stay at Jared’s house. Great proximity to town but far enough away to be removed from the noise. We hope to return next summer!

cozy cottage

The house was clean, close to town and worked out perfectly for our family of 4! The owner was wonderful to work with, very helpful with our needs. I'm sure anyone who stays here will have a fabulous vacation.

Great location - walk to town

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy cottage. 4 adults stayed comfortably and we had everything we needed. Very quiet location. Close to bike paths. We had a wonderful week.

This was our second trip to Jared’s home, and it was just as great as the first. The house is quiet and stocked with amenities and is perfect for a group looking to start close to town. We look forward to returning!

House is great. Just thought there was one bedroom on first floor. Also thought it was closer to center of town. Otherwise it was a great vacation

Fantastic location and the first floor is very modern/updated. The second floor is a bit date, which wasn't a major issue, but the beds were uncomfortable and the AC unit in one of the bedrooms had bits of black mold all over the vent area.

Thank you for the feedback, Tim. We are always looking for ways to enhance the safety and comfort of our guests' experience. Our caretaker has addressed what you observed as mold, and the AC units have been recently cleaned. The two mattresses in the upstairs bedrooms are: 1) Queen Posturepedic Plus and 2) Queen Simmons Plush. While bedding is often a matter of personal preference, we intentionally purchased highly rated mattresses with moderate firmness in order to satisfy the majority of guests. Thanks again, for staying at the cottage. We hope to see you again!

Charming and conveniently located

This was a beautiful and charming property. Just the perfect size for 2 couples for a weekend getaway. The location could not have been more perfect - an easy walk to town, shopping, restaurants and other activities. What a wonderful home base while we visited Nantucket for a wedding. The owners were a pleasure to work with, and ensured our check in and checkout were simple. Accomodations left nothing to be desired.

Second summer experience

This was our second summer staying here.This property is a great rental if you are looking for a close walk to town. The location is fantastic not to close but not to far from town. The property has everything you need for a great trip! The owner is very fast to respond to any questions or concerns you may have. I highly recommend staying here!

Nantucket fun!!

Stayed in this quintessential Nantucket house with my husband and three teenagers. Plenty of room and the absolute perfect location, just a short walk into town! Jared was very accessible and came through when we had a slight problem. Overall, great stay and would definitely recommend this cute cottage!!! Can’t wait to come back😀

Perfect Nantucket Cottage

We had a wonderful week at this cottage. Perfect size for our family of four! The upstairs sitting room was great for small kids to play and watch tv out of the main living space. Nice location for walking into town and riding bikes out to explore the island. House was very clean and neat, well stocked with necessities and linens. We would love to return to this house!!

Excellent location!

Excellent location close to town. Throw rugs could be replaced and extra linens provided for the futons. Owners have provided everything you need though. Just need to provide better directions on how to operate TVs. Very cute cottage.

Thanks for your review of our cottage. We're glad you had a nice stay. Adding operating instructions for the TVs to our hospitality guide is a great idea. We clean and replace the rugs regularly, but it is hard to keep them clean with all the foot traffic. Several sets of extra linens are always stocked, but we will do a better job of communicating their location. We really appreciate the constructive feedback!

Super cute vacation rental!

A really cute house with everything you need for a wonderful trip! The house was well organized and clean when we arrived. The owner was very quick to answer any questions I had prior to the trip. A great location, with about a 10-15 minute walk to town center and an easy drive to all beaches. Although the walk to town is easy, note the street and sidewalks are cobblestone and can be difficult walking with a suitcase or a non heavy duty stroller. I recommend catching a cab if you have a lot of belongings. Overall great home and we plan to book again in the future!

Main Street Getaway!

This apartment has it all! It's location is fantastic and a short walk to town. It has everything you would need which makes it easy to get there. It was very clean and had some extras I was not expecting including outdoor shower, beach chairs and bikes. The owners are very accommodating and welcoming. It even had a parking spot. I was looking at staying at a B&B and so glad I did not as this had so much charm and privacy. It also has a full kitchen to make breakfasts and lunches. Decor is very nice and has a cottage rustic feel to it. It was exactly what I was looking for and I am certain to be a returning guest. Thank you Jared!
