Renoverade bad färdiga i skarp vit och Carrera marmor. Alla nya avancerade madrasser, lyxiga sängkläder, kuddar och handdukar, "Circus Ack" sover 10 bekvämt! Huset innehåller renoverade 1: a och 2: a våningen mästare, båda med eget badrum. Helt nya 2017 TV-apparater i alla sovrum och vardagsrum, placerade i nya anpassade insatser. Har precis köpt Sonos Sound System med Amazon Alexia för hela vardagsrummet! Två nyare kommersiella stapelbara tvättmaskin / torktumlare inuti med en extra tvättmaskin / torktumlare i skuren, du behöver inte för någonting! Just avslutat med att lägga in plantageluckor hela och nya möbler sommaren 2017! Om du är för trött från solen, stanna och grilla ute på grillen i den fina gården från dina Adirondacks. Barnen kommer att ha en bra tid att spela boll eller sälja limonad från det skräddarsydda lemonadestället med mässingsklocka när du nypa vin i den helt inhägnade gården.
Prata om plats! Gångavstånd från både Steamship eller Hy-Line Ferries. Ta en cykel eller jeep till hyra över gatan från Young's Bike Shop. När det är dags för cocktails, gör 2 minuters promenad till Lola 41, Nantucket Hotel eller White Elephant med utsikt över Children's Beach. Om bortskämd är din sak, ta Pilates 3 dörrar över på Core Pilates Studio och sedan ha brunch eller boka en massage på det världsberömda White Elephant Hotel & Spa. Efteråt gå till Children's Beach eller lekplatsen ett kvarter bort där de har morgonmusik klasser, yoga och fredag kväll barns flickor. Promenera eller cykla till Jetties Beach för kvällens levande musik, lekplatsen eller att titta på solnedgången. Hyr en vindsurfingbräda eller kajak på Nantucket Community Sailing Center. Fisk och titta på båtarna kommer in i Nantucket Harbor vid Brant Point Lighthouse, bara några kvarter bort. Fem minuters promenad till centrum, restauranger och filmer!

Nantucket in the rain

No better place to ride out a storm. Within a quick walk of downtown for dinner, drinks, or a grocery run. A great wine shop is 1/2 a block away. The host could not have been more helpful. The house itself is wonderful. Could not have been better!

Great location for walking

If you’re looking for a place that’s in the center of it all, yet still just off the beaten path offering serenity, then look no further. This house was perfectly set up for our two families. The cabinets are also completely stocked with all those little extras you never think to bring and end up buying when you’re there! Jeanine was great to work with. House is clean. Highly recommended! You won’t be disappointed.

Great location, family-friendly house!

Our family had a fantastic stay at the end of September. The house was so clean and spacious for adults and kids. The house came equipped with books and toys, which kept the kids occupied during rainy days. Location was perfect - easy walk to town, beaches, and restaurants. On our last day, unfortunately the ferry service was cancelled due to a hurricane but Jeanine was so understanding and helpful, letting us stay at the house after checkout while we figured out a new plan. 10/10 would recommend!

Would love to keep this place a secret!

I hesitate to give a review that's too shiny because then other people are going to book and it'll be harder for me to get in next year!! 2 families of 5 stayed here (kids ages 6-12) - could not have been a more perfect set up with 2 master suites, a queen bedroom & a room with 4 twins. Everything was clean, the host was easy & pleasant to work with, expectations were clearly communicated. We cannot wait to visit again!

Beautiful/family friendly home

We had a fabulous stay at 7 Beach Street! The house was very comfortable, beautifully furnished, with a full kitchen and plenty of space for indoor and outdoor dining. The location was perfect, just a quick walk into town and close to restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed our family vacation and recommend this house to anyone!

Circus ACK - for Stroll

What a gorgeous home in a fantastic location Steps to BPG, Lola and Town. Perfect location for Stroll. Everything was just beautiful down to the last detail. Great communication too. We hope to rent again!

Awesome house close to town

We loved staying at this house! It has a fantastic location, was clean and comfortable and is extremely well stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation. There is a nice backyard area and grill. The hosts were some of the most responsive and helpful of any rental house we have stayed in. Definitely recommend booking this house!

Fantastic Beach Rental

This beautiful home fit the bill for everything we were looking for in Nantucket vacation home for our travelers who ranged in age from 16-70. Within a 5-10 minute walking radius we could access Jetties and Steps beaches, Lola's, The Nantucket Hotel, the ferry, and the downtown restaurants without a car. The house is immaculate, decorated beautifully, and is large enough that our group of 8 never felt crowded. The kitchen was well equipped with top of the line products (All Clad, Cutco knives, thermador stove) so that cooking was a pleasure. There were ample beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, fishing rods, and coolers in the shed making a trip to the beach easy. We especially liked sitting on the Adirondack chairs in the front yard people watching in the evenings and were grateful at bedtime the street was far enough out of town that there was little traffic and very quiet. Jeanine was incredibly accommodating allowing us to check in early, renting us her brand new jeep (which was parked in the driveway when we arrived), and promptly answering some questions we had during our stay (we had a cable tv glitch and she called the cable company and stayed on the call with me until the problem was resolved). We have already requested a 2 week rental next summer which tells you how much we loved our stay!

Charming house, perfect location

We had a great stay! The location is perfect -- very easy walk to town or beaches. The house is lovely, nicely updated, clean, with central a/c. The front and back yard spaces are also very nicely landscaped and maintained and enjoyable. Jeanine was very prompt and responsive with communication while we were there -- the only reason for less than 5 stars were a couple miscommunications in the booking process, but all resolved.

Fabulous place

This home has a crisp Nantucket cottage feel and is very comfortable for a family. The location is perfect for town, beach, and the playground at Children’s Beach. The home owner was super pleasant and quick to respond to questions.

Wonderful Week in Nantucket

We have stayed at 7 North Beach Street several times in the past and we’ve always had a great experience. The Cort Family is continuously improving and upgrading this wonderful cozy home. It’s situated perfectly in Brant Point within a short walking distance to town, restaurants, and beaches. Jeanine is very attentive to making sure all is well during your stay, and you can tell she takes great pride in this beautiful gem of a home.

We purchased our vacation home specifically in the Brant Point area of Nantucket due to the many nearby Children's activities and convenient location to Nantucket's many shops and fine restaurants. We also love the convenient walking distance to both Steamship & Hyline ferries, jeep and bike rental shops. You can stay at our vacation rental and enjoy Nantucket without needing a car!
