Beautiful townhouse in Old Quebec!

Our townhouse is perfect for a group of friends, a family, or business travelers. Ideally located, you will be just minutes on foot from the most remarkable attractions in Old Quebec: the famous ChĂąteau Frontenac, the lively rue Saint-Jean, the Plains of Abraham, the bustling Grande AllĂ©e, and much more. Charming and welcoming, with its high ceilings, brick walls, and stylish windows, you’ll feel like you’re in another era while enjoying all the 21st-century amenities! I welcome you to Old Quebec!

Get ready to stay comfortably in our home. You will find three bedrooms with queen-sized beds, two full bathrooms with showers, a cozy living room with two sofas that convert into beds, and an open-concept kitchen and dining area equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals and share them with your friends, family, or colleagues.

Quebec City is divided into three main areas:

Downtown, commonly known as "Lower Town": When staying in this area, you will need to climb up to Upper Town.
Upper Town, which includes Old Quebec and the Faubourg Saint-Jean-Baptiste:
Old Quebec with its ancient fortifications. This is the area that everyone will visit. The fortifications used to protect against the English; now they keep tourists in ;) In short, this area is superb, and you will love it. It is primarily geared towards tourism. You can buy an "I LOVE QUEBEC" t-shirt and other souvenirs in the numerous shops found there.
The Faubourg Saint-Jean-Baptiste, located next to the fortifications, is where my property is situated. Here, you will experience life with the local residents. Rue Saint-Jean is a beautiful shopping street where you can stroll and enjoy the lively atmosphere. This street will take you directly inside the fortifications, just a 5-minute walk from your accommodation.
You will have access to the entire property as well as the rooftop terrace.

We are available to answer your questions every day between 9 AM and 10 PM (Eastern Time).

For parking, it is generally quite easy to find free parking (from Friday at 4 PM to Monday at 10 AM) on the streets around the building. During the week, you should expect to pay around $20 per day to park. Several parking meters ($2.25/hour) are located near the building and operate from 9 AM to 9 PM. You can also park your car in the basement of the Hilton Hotel, located a 5-minute walk away, for $20 per 24 hours.

Quebec City is a beautiful city. The apartment is walking distance 10min to shops and restaurants. All appliances are working properly. Will stay here again.

Great location! Sainte Jean street 2 blocks away -- lots of restaurants including a Michelin Star that offers brunch, lunch and dinner at affordable prices (The Hobbit). Found patisseries, and a lovely selection of charcuterie and cheese in the back of a small market. Walkable distance from Old Quebec city. Only issue was the wifi at check-in. Connection very low signal made it impossible to get help from David. We finally figured out by ourselves that there was a stronger signal available from another option with an ...ext on it. If you have mobility issues this would not be for you.....it's a 3 level townhouse with lots of stairs.

Host David was responsive with Messages and a wonderful host. Had no problem accessing premises. Condo mostly as advertised. 3rd bedroom was below ground and did not have a door for privacy. It was the largest of the bedrooms, which made it nice. Ample dishes and glasses in the kitchen with basic kitchen spices as well. Even had coffee and tea. We greatly enjoyed our stay, great location to walk anywhere in the city. We parked our car in a nearby garage and did not need to use it the whole time we were there. Retail, groceries and restaurants near by too.

The location was perfect- just a few steps from Rue Saint-Jean and Vieux Quebec. Even though it was close to everything, it was very quiet and safe. The house was impeccable, clean and very well stocked. My kids said the beds were especially comfortable! Communication was clear and easy. Staying here made our trip to Quebec even better, and we hope to stay again in the future!

Authentic neighborhood location

We enjoyed our visit to Quebec city. The unit is located right in the JeanBaptiste community. Just two blocks away is the main street with shops and restaurants and other interesting things to see.The unit was comfortable and the kitchen outfitted for nearly anything you can think of.

Quebec Adventure

Everything was nice and clean, the beds were comfortable and the coffee pot was easy to use. It was nice to have coffee and filters available. The check in process was a little trouble because the apartment wasn’t quite ready. We were about 30 minutes early though. The owner allowed us to leave our bags at the apartment so we were able to grab lunch. It worked out just fine in the end. The apartment was in a very nice location.

Quebec City Stay

We had a wonderful stay in Quebec city at this historic place. It was well equipped with everything we needed. The washer and dryer were an added bonus. The bathrooms were very nice and the bedrooms comfortable. It was great to come back after a long day in Quebec city and relax. We also enjoyed getting croissants and cheese from local shops. Parking was only an issue one day and usually we found a spot right in front or very close.

Great stay

I visited Quebec City for the weekend with 3 adults and one teen. The townhouse was very spacious with 3 levels, one bedroom on each. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. The teen slept on the pullout futon, which was not super but fine for a couple nights. Two full bathrooms, with shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided in the showers. Townhouse was well stocked with the essentials. Beds were freshly made with linens, towels were in the shape of swans when we arrived. The kitchen had full range of appliances, dishes and pans. The host communicated quickly and thoroughly; check in and check out instructions were clear. The location is in a city-populated area so we did see some homeless/groups hanging out in the streets nearby the townhouse, but overall we felt safe walking around together. Rue Saint-Jean was a short walk away with eateries and shops. Old Quebec and some of the touristy spots were about a 15-20 minute walk. We parked in nearby parking garages 2 nights and found street parking 1 night. Some of the places we visited and recommend were: Old Quebec/Petit Champlain District, Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac Hotel, Parc de la Chute-Montmorency waterfall (15 min drive), Citadelle de Quebec Fort tour. Food: Bistro 1640, Il Matto (Italian), Le Billig Creperie Bistro (short walk). Thank you, would stay again!
