Welcome back to Fort Myers Beach! Our cozy, fully remodeled beachfront condo is ready for the laid-back beach lovers. We offer a fully equipped cookâs kitchen with brand new stainless appliances, custom cabinetry, eat-in dining area large enough for preparing and enjoying your meals, designer granite countertops, cookware, Ninja Coffee maker and much more.
Letâs talk about the view that awaits you! Our 8th floor condo overlooks the beautiful Gulf of Mexico for watching dolphins morning and evening as well as the spectacular views of Bonita & Estero Bays. Gulf breezes are plentiful as you enjoy a glass of wine at sunset or coffee at the stunning sunrise to the east. Your patio is private with a bistro set as well as lounging chairs for private sun bathing.
Your vacation will feel like your secret beach home inside with brand new designer furnishings, upgraded designer paint and decor. Levelor blinds on windows for privacy or elegance- you choose!
The bedroom has a new Queen bedroom set designed in boho beach style and a brand new Nectar mattress, hotel comfort sheets, pillows and comforters, and mood lighting. Situated for perfect natural sunlight that overlooks the gulf .
Your cozy living area is equipped with a 60" Smart TV, cable and streaming ready. Your sofa turns into an upgraded full sleeper for an extra guest or privacy. Hello to my past and future guests! For over 20 years my family has owned Fort Myers Beach Vacation Rentals. When Hurricane Ian hit in 2022, we lost our quadplex beach vacation property.
