As a guest you have access to all the amenities of the building. Some of them with previous reservation at front desk.
You will have a concierge for any assistance or recommendation that you will have.
All communication must be done through Airbnb messaging. We are several people in charge of messages with you guests and we need to use the same channel to keep track of your reservation and be able to serve you efficiently.
