Incredible studio in a residential condominium with hotel amenities a few steps from the beach, 2 blocks from 5th Avenue, restaurants and supermarkets in the area. The best way to travel, relax and enjoy the Mexican Caribbean.
King size bed, kitchenette, private bathroom, terrace with table and chairs to have a coffee, WiFi, furnished and equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay.
The condominium has a gym, games room, reading room.
Choose which of the 2 pools to swim in, get a great tan on our rooftop sun beds and cool off in the infinity pool. Take a break from the sun and take a dip in the main pool.
Work out in the fitness center, then take a break in one of the living rooms to read while your kids play in the kids' club.
Excellent location 2 blocks from 5th Avenue, supermarkets and 5 minutes walk from the beach.
You have access to all the amenities of the condominium, 2 swimming pools, spa, sauna, steam room, games room, cinema, business center, gym, yoga, roof top, kids club.
The rooftop pool is exclusively for adults and the main one is for families.
Cinema room, sauna and steam room are operated upon prior reservation at reception.
We will always have a concierge to help you with your needs.
All communication must be done through Airbnb messages. There are several people in charge of messages with you guests and we need to use the same channel to follow up on your reservation and be able to serve you efficiently.
The area is located in the heart of Playa del Carmen, a very quiet and safe area, where it is close to everything and you can do it on foot.
The entire center and nearby activities can be done on foot, you can also take a taxi or minibus, we can help you rent cars and scooters if you require it.
THE USE OF THE AMENITIES IS EXCLUSIVE FOR GUESTS, NOT FOR VISITORS.
GUESTS MUST WEAR A BRACELET THAT IDENTIFIES THEM AS GUESTS ON THE PROPERTY DURING THEIR STAY.
