Convenient

Convenience. Nice neighborhood. Clean pool. Bring your own toilet paper, garbage bags, bottle opener and any extra blankets. Place could use a deep clean. Over all nice stay.

Excellent Property on the Brandon, FL area

We had a wedding nearby and needed a place for a few nights, this Property was perfect for our needs! The Listing description & photos were accurate, which is always important when deciding on a place to stay. The property manager was very cooperative and easy to get ahold of. If you are looking for a place near Brandon/Tampa area, this is a great spot!

Quick Trip

We stayed a few days after a cruise here. Communication was great! The house was super cute and our kids loved the game room. We enjoyed the pool and close drive to beaches.

Our first vacation

I had a wonderful time. My children slept well and had options as to where they would’ve liked to have slept. The game room in the garage is a great touch. My son’s had a great time. I would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here and we would definitely come again.

We had a lovely family holiday at this property. Kids loved the games room and the pool. Perfect getaway and close to amenities. Host was very accommodating and available to provide any assistance needed. Also was very fairly priced. Thank you

For the price point the property was fine. We had issues with sheets and the owners did respond promptly. The property is in need of a bit of maintenance. We bought light bulbs to replace in some of the rooms and my husband went around fixing a few things that were loose. The location was great for what we needed but it states it sleeps seven and we did not realize the 7th bed was in the basement.

First time renting

The house is nice and being able to have a fire was great. There is only a charcoal grill and the yard has an acorn tree. The acorns are all raked to the end of the pool. The acorn tree is right over the pool so the pool is constantly getting stuff dropped in it. The house was ok. The pictures make it look a lot nicer. It isn’t close to anything. At least a 1/2-1 hour drive to whatever you want to do. I wouldn’t rent this house again only because I wasn’t crazy about Tampa.

Property owner double booked!!!!

I contacted the host twice the morning of our stay. After not hearing back, I received an automated email claiming she had a water pipe issue. This was only after my multiple attempts to receive an access code to the door. Vrbo refunded my trip but we were left with no place to stay. After looking on her property’s availability, it showed she was booked for our stay plus the following week.
