2. Parking for 4 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round. Sorry, only one garage bay is available to renters.
3. A 4WD is highly recommended in winter months.
4. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
