Perfect Location

We had such a beautiful location! You’re close to everything you could possibly need. The view was stunning… We are such ocean people, and being able to walk out on the patio and see it everyday was great! Would love to come back again!

Fun in the sun

Went to MB for a baseball tournament and found this listing for me and my family. It was very spacious for the four of us. Frank and Rufia were very responsive at check in and out. We will keep their properties saved for our next visit.

Great Location and Very Roomy

Very clean and spacious. Plenty of room for the seven of us. Didn’t even need the top bunks. Also a great location right on the beach and only a short car ride to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. Host were very good in providing all the information needed for a seemlesss check in.

My family has stayed at the Caribbean Resort several times in the past. All other trips had been great. All communications with the host prior to and leading up to arrival were as expected. We got to the resort and check in process went smooth. We immediately went to use and enjoy the pools and beach. Things were going good. After dinner while laying in bed to relax, my wife felt something crawling on her and she found it to be a bed bug. We immediately search the room and found evidence of a few more bed bugs. This was later in the evening on Friday night, I tried to contact the hose and there was no answer and no communication until the next morning. By that time I had found a different place to stay and we would be checking into the new property the next day. When I did communicate with the host she was very apologetic, she indicated the property was inspect a few weeks prior and there was no sign of pest, but I understand people can bring them in with them from other locations. I expressed my concern and that I would be leaving and the host gave a refund of our money for the stay. So I do not want to completely bash the host or the property, but in my opinion the upkeep, maintenance and cleanliness of the resort as a whole has steady declined over the years. We will not be returning to the Caribbean Resort.

This was not true. We issued a full refund and had pest control out there the same day. The guest moved out but when we inspected the unit we found no bedbugs. The guest just decided they did not want to be in this unit and made up the story to get a full refund. There is nothing bad about this building. It went through a serious renovation 1 year ago and is in great shape. They said they did not want to bash us but then gave us a 2 star review. Please see all of our other 5 star reviews for units 306 and 701. I would avoid renting to this guest if you are a host.

The apartment was lovely... however....

One needs more than a slice of bar soap for a weeks stay! The property (pools etc) are in need of WORK and better cleaning. My family enjoyed themselves, The beach was the BEST part!
