Vackra sjön främre hem fullt möblerad. Extra stort omslagsdäck 30'X40 'med utsikt över den vackra Mona-sjön på 600+ tunnland. 2 soldäckar bredvid vatten med liten strand däremellan. Stort däck inkluderar gasgrill, gott om sittplatser, vackra blommor och bladverk. Trottoaren ut till båtbryggan och eldstaden för kvällssmor. Kanot, paddelbåt, kajaker. Modernt kök med alla apparater. Öppen planlösning med bekväma sittplatser i vardagsrum och matsal med stor TV med kabel och trådlös åtkomst. Tvättmaskin / torktumlare i tvättstuga. Fyra luftmadrasser och komplett sängkläder ingår också. Inom några minuter från Lakes Mall, Hoffmaster State Park med sanddyner, Downtown Muskegon, Lake Express Ferry, Pere Marquette Beach / Lake Michigan, Party in the Park och Summer Celebration, Michigan Adventure etc. Ingen rökning inuti.

Så att dra in uppfarten verkar det inte vara mycket på gång men du har två alternativ du kan gå in i och bli bländad av ett vackert kök och vardagsrum eller så kan du gå runt sidan och se en fantastisk utsikt från däck med massor av platser att koppla av och njuta av. De ger dig allt från köksartiklar (i princip allt du behöver) till kajaker och paddelbåtar för att njuta av vattnet. Vi hade inga klagomål på alla ägarna har gått utöver för att se till att du tas om hand.

Perfect place!

You must stay here! I stayed with my grandma, parents, two aunts and uncles. We loved it! Mark is very accommodating and helpful with any questions you have.

Vacation with Dogs

Our family stayed here for a wonderful week! This was the first time our dog's were able to go with us! It may be our last vacation with them and it was so enjoyable! The whole family absolutely enjoyed this property! The property manager was quick to respond to questions and the neighbors were a delight!! We would rent here again!!

Being lakefront was fantastic. There’s a very nice dock and plenty of water activities. We were short distance from grand Haven, which was our destination for a day and close to Holland, which was another day trip we had planned

Mona Lake Shore

The Mona Lake House had an incredible outdoor setting. While the house is a bit dated and in need of some maintenance and cleaning (screen doors fell off tracks and screens were torn, utility/laundry room was dirty upon arrival, yard needed weeding) it was spacious and comfortable. Best part we were able to bring our dogs who had a blast.

Great family stay!

Had a very enjoyable stay with my family! It was nice to have essentially everything that was needed so that we didnt have to make trips to the store: beach towels, bath towels, kitchen supplies, kayaks and paddleboat, etc. Only comment is that it seemed like the house could use a good deep clean, like the vents and floors. Also, not sure if the water on the lake is usually more clear? We didnt swim because the water was very merky and had a pea soup look to it.

Beautiful location

We had a family of 7 and a small dog staying at property. The house had plenty of room for all of us and is well maintained. This property is has a beautiful view of the lake from inside the house & from the large deck. The house is well stocked with plenty of bath towels, beach towels, linens and kitchen appliances & tools. There are kayaks and a paddle boat to use along with life jackets. The owner is very friendly and easy to contact. We definitely recommend this properly.

Great getaway

This home has ALL you need for the perfect, no stress, lake fun, MI beach fun, and time to just chill w your people. Lake MI is a quick drive to FABULOUS beaches, or sit and enjoy the activity, fishing on Mona Lake. Bedrooms, kitchen are all just right! Owner was very accommodating, responsiveness, and a pleasure to work with. Location is minutes from Meijer o Walmart.

Great cottage

The cottage was definitely well described on the site. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and pans for cooking and serving a large group. The dock was not in which was disappointing but we were early renters in June and that isn't always controlled by the cottage owners. They did warn us ahead of time. We would stay here again.

Everything we wanted and needed

Very much enjoyed this cottage and the beautiful Lake Mona! The hosts were lovely and quickly responded to any questions we had. Such a bonus to have access to a paddle boat, a canoe, and two kayaks!

Great spot on Mona Lake

Location is ideal with beautiful views of Mona Lake, within a few minutes of shopping and restaurants, and within 15 minutes of the beautiful Lake Michigan beaches offered by Muskegon. Kids had a great time catching a variety of fish off the dock. Kayaks and ability to bring our family pet were bonuses. First time to the area, but had a great time and plan to be back.

Peaceful

Great location for a peaceful getaway! The fully stocked cottage was ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and perfect for us to unwind from city life with our friends from Wisconsin 🧀🧀. Our doggo Baby K loved the beach and we got our friend in a canoe! 🛶 Warm cozy fires at night by the water. Thank you for sharing your space with us. Our experience was priceless. Perfect home for our stay

Worked well for our extended family! Great room/kitchen area nice to visit in. Great spot on the Lake. Convenient Location. It was awesome too that we could take our old dog with us. The high chair was a bonus too!

The property is exactly as listed. Mark checked onus to make sure we had everything we needed.

The Norton Shores Lakeshore House has been our home for two June’s now. The access to the lake, the ability to have pets and The friendly and very helpful neighbors make this place an awesome place to stay..The property also comes with additional amenities such as kayaks and a paddleboard and laundry facilities and more beach towels than you will ever need.

Relaxing, shady, breezy view of the lake.

We sat in the shade under the trees as the temperatures were in the 90's. The water had green algae at the beach and seaweed that wrapped around your ankles as you went deeper. We took a large raft out, but the current was so strong we struggled to get back to the dock. The 2 kayaks offered a nice view, but we could only go out in pairs. The paddleboat was crawling with maggots, so we didn't use it. Fleas and spiders were spotted in the house and the outside area needed to be dewebbed before use. Beautiful deck to watch sunrise and sunset, but needs to be resealed to prevent slivers.

Property and house have a lot of Potential but probably not there yet. Cleanliness was not great and the water at beach was rather dirty, probably more because of location than anything else. Had lots of fun playing games though.

Very nice lakefront vacation home!

In this price range, one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed at in this area. The lakefront location is awesome, and having kayaks and boats to play with on the lake was great. Kitchen and bathrooms are well-stocked, and everything you need is provided for. We’ll be back’

A great family vacation location!

This is our second year at this Mona Lake property and our extended family of six adults and three children (plus a dog) always have a great time! The access to the lake, the little beach and the large living/kitchen area are a big plus.

Wonderful home and vacation!

We spent a week at this lovely home. It was perfect and well equipped with everything we needed. We loved having the kayaks, canoe and paddle boat (so much fun)! Great location, close to many attractions (Michigan's Adventure, Holland, Lake Michigan and dune rides. Wonderful vacation!

Lovely Lake house

We had a terrific time at this lake house. The owners provided a very well stocked place, with lots of fun amenities like kayaks, canoe, paddle boat and firepit. Our dog LOVED the backyard, beach and jumping off the pier into the water. For any fisherman, this is a wonderful lake. The fish were really jumping. The actual lake house is well appointed with a fabulous outdoor space as well as main living area. Mark was wonderful to work with. This was our first lake house rental and we loved it. Thank you Mark! We also enjoyed exploring the area. Muskegon is going thru a major rejuvenation, and we were happy to support it. Grand Haven and Holland are close by as well. A lovely place to lay back and relax.

Perfect vacation spot

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at your Mona Lake home. The open concept floor plan was perfect and the kitchen had all the modern conveniences of back home. There wasn’t anything missing that you may have needed during your stay. Ample seating in the living area and gorgeous lake views could be seen by the wall to wall door walls. Loved having access to the water toys, especially the kayaks. Even the neighbors were quite friendly; one gave us some firewood for our bon fire and another gave suggestions about where to access Lake Michigan. Mona Lake is a relatively quiet lake with only a few boats or jet skis tooling around. Thanks so much for letting us rent your beautiful clean home and such a bonus to find such a great place that was pet friendly.
