> Detta 3 sovrum och 2 badrum i Deerfield Beach är den tropiska fristaden. Den rymliga privata trädgården är fylld med tropisk grönska med plats för underhållande och avkopplande. Den stora poolen har en helt ny elektrisk värmare så att du kan simma i varma vatten året runt. Bakgården förbises av ett nyligen uppdaterat kök och ett rymligt Florida-rum. Huset har nyligen renoverats och möblerats med helt nya möbler. Vardagsrummet har en 60 "HDTV och alla sovrum har 32" HDTV. Den har ett tvättstuga på plats med helt ny tvättmaskin och torktumlare av hög kvalitet. Det finns två cyklar för din användning strandstolar och badlakan

Awesome House

My Family had an amazing stay. The house is located in a good neighborhood and very close to the beach which was awesome. The yard was Beautiful and the heated pool was a bonus. The Host was great. We really enjoyed the house the bikes.ping pong table and everything the house had to offer.

Great place!

Property was extremely clean, prepped and ready. Nice home with a pool. Updated and very prepared for people. We evacuated from the hurricane and it was a perfect few days! I highly recommend this home and owner.

Wonderful Stay

I couldn’t have asked for a better property to stay in with my Family. Everything we needed was in walking distance, Stores, Restaurants & even the beach. Bike riding in & around the neighborhood was great. I will stay here again & again.

Great property, very good location, quiet and heated pool. Don’t hesitate, everything is close (3 mn drive to Win Dixie, Sprouts market, and everything). The house looked just like the pictures on the website, the owners were easy to reach and answered very quickly. Hope to come back ! Thank you very much, we enjoyed every day of our stay.

Great House!

We had a very good stay in this home. The location is in a nice neighborhood and very private. The house was clean and looked just like the pictures on the website. The owners were easy to reach and answered any questions that we had. My family enjoyed the pool and the ping pong table. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place!

Really enjoyed staying here! The beds are comfortable. Pillows could use a little refresh they are super thin, so bring your own pillows if possible. Backyard is amazing!!!! The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and it has a grill in which we use several times.

Fantastic

Great property exactly as described. Really enjoyed our family vacation in Deerfield Beach. Very nice quiet neighborhood close to the beach and all amenities. Pool was great and backyard is amazing. Everything we needed was in the house, it was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Made use of the provided bikes with my kids and also rented a road bike at a nearby shop and rode over 300kms on the A1A and throughout the neigborbood. Absolutely love this place!

Great place

Nice quiet setting with heated pool. Was perfect for me and my friends. 1/2 hour from Hard Rock Stadium. The host had manager of property come meet me at check in and walk me through the whole place. Never had that happen before. Highly recommend this property

Tropical Paradise

Your very own tropical paradise in the backyard. Absolutely beautiful and well kept. House looks to have been recently updated. Very clean and spacious with anything you needed there pretty much. So close to the beach and any and everything. Really great location. Would 100% recommend and go back.

Lovely home

Family and I stayed here for a long weekend. House was great and centrally located, all basic amenities supplied, owner was very prompt with communication. Only down fall was the loud closet in the twin bedroom. No fault of the owners, just more annoying than anything.

Great location but not very clean and needed maintenance

the window ledges were quite dirty which our young children quickly discovered. The rug and tile floor turned our feet black. The location is great and the pool was nice.

Deerfield Beach property

This was our second time renting this property. We love the neighborhood. Closeness to numerous food stores, restaurants and the beach was outstanding. The property was very comfortable for my wife and I and our 9 pound maltipoo. We had family visit at different times.the backyard was very relaxing with the heated pool and plenty of sun and shade. The house is older but we had no issues. The host Kevin responded quickly when we had any questions. We would not hesitate to rent this property again.

Alternate house

A day before arrival, I was notified that our house was not available due to a plumbing problem, but that the replacement was “better”. Though adequate, we noted several maintenance issues inside and out. The yard was unkempt. I think we would have preferred the other house, based on a drive by and the vrbo listing photos.

would be great except....

This home would be a fantastic getaway: a stunning backyard, heatable pool, pleasant outdoor seating area and close proximity to the beach... it has these features. There are, however, three critical things that need to be addressed. 1. OMG the smell. From the second we walked in, we were hit in the face with a deep, disturbing scent of ammonia and other dank chemical odors. Several of our party found it difficult to stay indoors. Hopefully this issue is transient, but it was present for our whole week-long stay, never abating. We contacted the lister early in our stay, never receiving a response (It was Christmas... so...). It surprised us that no reviews had mentioned this, as it was quite awful. 2. Black mold/yuck coming from ceiling vents. 3. One bedroom rendered useless due to exceptionally loud air handler right in the closet - nobody could sleep in there. We have photos but are unable to add photos in reviews. All in all, it is a nice little house. These couple of things just made it a bit uncomfortable during our stay.

Bad neighbors

We came here for 4th of July week and the every first night (July 3rd) at 8:30pm I get a text from the owner saying that the neighbors called him saying my kids were being loud in the pool and if they could be more quiet. There was literally people across the street letting fireworks off and it wasn't even 10pm yet. The next night the kids were at the pool again.. I didn't want any problems so the kids were aware that they needed to keep inside vices outside lol. It's 10:30pm and I'm outside with the kids when the neighbor decides to start yelling and cussing at my kids over the fence. We are an interracial family and she finishes her rant by saying "you need to go back to where you came from." Our last night the police came at 9:30 and said that she caller so many time that they had to come out but even then they agree that the lady was being absurd because I didn't have any music on or nothing and that the noise ordnance isn't till11:30 so I wasn't doing anything wrong. If you plan on NOT making any noise or even coming outside after 8:30 then this is a great place for you to stay

No really good.was call the cops for having music at the yard at 2 30 pm.pool very dirty

The pool was dirty. They clean days is Sundays so we have to getting out and do nothing for the rest of the weekend. Checking in at 4pm Friday so they haven't clean this pool since last Sunday. Cockroach all over kitchen area.and diner room...I got the pictures to proved. And i under the impression that someone was wondering around inside the house went we had to go out ..management guys impossible to deal with it ..have text and pictures of conversations. To proved..we will not definitely comback to that property. I will never recommend to anyone. Vrvo should check out this guy's for safety and health issues. We all got sick for the pool dirty waters. My kids endup on emergency room with ears infection. Antibiotics was required..also proof of doctors visits...really a dissatisfied and felling like being rob. After $$$$$ stay home..not good at all...Hopefully Vrvo do something about it for this guy's stop lying to vacationers..trip from NYC waisted my money and risk my family health..old people also sick eyes infection from dirty waters. 72 years old lady endup at the hospital too. Dirty water pool not properly clean.

Not recently renovated...

Erika was excellent and prompt in meeting us at check-in. She toured the property with us explaining lighting, trash removal, location of items on the property. This property showed no signs of being recently renovated. Any renovation that occurred must have been years ago. Sleeping: Advertised as 3 bedrooms but only 2 can be used. - King/master was fine. Bed comfortable. Shower needs better water pressure or new shower head. - Queen bedroom. Was "okay", air conditioner is right outside bedroom window & is loud when the system turns on/off. Trim had been broken on door jam. Kevin sd it had just happened. -Twin room - not useable due to loud noise from a/c in closet. Living Rm - couch is old and damaged Guest bath - difficult to get in and out of tub/shower, same comment about shower head/water pressure. Only one electrical outlet and it did not work. Laundry was fine. Beach chairs were fine. Short drive to beach was nice. Close to lots of restaurants. Felt safe with the location of the home. Pool: The pool is good sized and the pool itself is in good condition. The pool pump/equipment is not functioning properly to help keep up with keeping the pool clean. Although the background around the pool is lush and helps with privacy, it is overgrown and unkempt. There is actually part of a tree growing up through the gutter on the back of the house where the sitting area is located. We were four adults who enjoyed sitting outside in the evening playing cards and making little noise. No complaints from the neighbors or about the neighbors.

Maison parfaite pour des vacances en famille!

Nous étions une famille de 8 personnes: 5 adultes et 3 enfants entre 3 et 7 ans. Maison très propre, bien aménagée, beaucoup de commodité tant dans la cuisine (accessoires de cuisine) qu’à l’extérieur (piscine, table de ping pong, table pour manger dehors, intimité). Piscine chauffée, donc on peut se baigner en tout temps. Réponse rapide des propriétaires en cas de besoin. Un commentaire constructif pour les propriétaires serait d’avoir plus de chaises de plage(Il y en avait seulement 4 et on était 8) et changer le parasol de plage qui était brisé.Je recommande cette maison à toutes les familles.
