Välkommen till Angie's Place! En 2 sovrum, 2 badrum stuga på andra våningen precis ovanför Al's Dream. Denna vackert renoverade stuga ligger tvärs över gatan från den prisbelönta Coquina-stranden på ön Anna Maria.

Angie's Place har ett stort sittområde med TV, DVD-spelare och WiFi-internet. Njut av alla bekvämligheter i hemmet i ett fullt utrustat kök, perfekt för eftermiddagsnacks eller tillagning av dagens fångst!

Det finns två underbart bekväma sovrum med en king size-säng i befälhavaren och två tvillingar i det andra sovrummet. Ingen skimping på sängkläder i Angies ... vi levererar högt slitbana, 100% bomullslakan. Medan handdukar och sängkläder tillhandahålls kan du njuta av en tvättmaskin och torktumlare för din bekvämlighet.

Medan Angie's insida är ungefär så perfekt som en strandstuga kan bli, är utomhusfaciliteterna det verkliga skälet till att du semester i Florida! Njut av en främre balkong utanför huvudområdet med ett bord för att njuta av din frukost medan du tittar på vattnet. Det finns också en balkong utanför sovrummet, perfekt för att komma i ytterligare ett kapitel i din semester läsa medan du tittar över poolområdet.

Bakgården / poolområdet är ett gemensamt utrymme med Al's Dream, enheten ner. Vi har aldrig några "delning" -problem, eftersom det finns gott om solstolar och sittplatser runt poolen för alla att njuta av! Se till att du kolla in de vackra bilderna på denna frodiga tropiska oas!

Cottages By The Sea ligger på 8th Street, första byggnaden utanför Gulf Drive. Stranden ligger bokstavligen några steg bort! En annan bra sak med platsen är att det är gångavstånd till Bridge Street, ett roligt litet område med restauranger, barer, shopping och Sunday Farmers Market. Den fria vagnen har också ett stopp i närheten.

Great vacation unit

Clean, comfortable unit with semi private pool within 1 block of a lovely beach. Communication was excellent. We very much appreciated the basic supplies left in the unit for us. Beach chairs and an umbrella were also available for us to use which was great.

The photos of this property looked very inviting. Clean, fresh, bright, like a lovely oasis. Unfortunately, they must have been taken quite a while ago. The place was okay, but sort of run down, with messy piles of building materials and other junk. Also, the “heated” pool was cold and the filter wasn’t working to keep it properly clean so we weren’t able to use it until we made several calls to have it checked. The description of the pool is what helped us decide to rent this property, so we felt cheated. The location was great, as was the beach and area with restaurants that were within walking distance, so not a total bust anyway.

Nice place, most excellent location. Could use a ‘once over’ check up as towels were a joke (thin, worn, gray)Outside balcony lights did not work, shower curtain a lil moldy. For the price, I would suggest a little upgrading is all. Generally an ok place!

Nice, clean, convenient, quiet, well appointed and equipped The HVAC unit and room needed some serious cleaning. Only a broom to clean floors in sandy environment. Need a better implement.

Great stay in great beach view location

Angie's place was a very comfortable home away from home. I loved sitting on the upper deck looking at the ocean. The amenities were nice, and the property is well kept.

Angie’s Place

We had an incredible stay! The location was perfect – just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. The house itself had everything we needed and more, from the well-equipped kitchen to the comfortable beds and spacious living areas. We especially loved relaxing on the porch in the evenings or the pool. It was the perfect spot for a getaway, and we can’t wait to return.

Peaceful!

A quaint little home steps away from the beach! It made it perfect for a quick morning or evening beach walk. Having a pool out back was also a plus for the red flag days!

Angie's Place

We had a great time overall staying at Angie's Place. Very cute beach getaway and short walk to the beach. The outdoor pool area is perfect for a beach stay, but wasn't quite as kept up as the photos appear. Fallen and dead palm fronds were on patio tables and grounds and the pool/patio lights automatically shut off at 10:40 p.m. which we thought was weird. Extra blankets would be nice and updated pillows are definitely needed. Otherwise, everything else was just as expected. Would stay again!

Perfect stay for 2 weeks

We had a wonderful experience! The location was awesome and the space was comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor spaces as well as the very clean, cozy interior.

Fun in the Sun

This was a very handy location for us and the trolly was a big help. So close to the beaches. We didn't like having to go up all those stairs when unloading and loading the car. We had a great time and everything was provided that we needed. Very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. would do again.

Super cute Bungalow

Our stay was amazing. The decor was super cute indoors and out. The beds were comfy and the pool was vary clean. Parking was excellent. Very spacious. Views from the decks were amazing. Perfect location, The bay and the gulf were within view of the property. Would highly recommend

Clean and comfortable

It is a very cute place. We found it clean & comfortable. It was nice to have laundry detergent included (& a footstool by the dryer to see the dial) The reclining sofa with the power headrest was very comfortable for reading or watching tv. There was construction to the street in front of the condo, so we only used the front balcony when they were not there. When we were in the pool, we realized how nice it would be to rent both units when traveling with our adult children or with friends. It is a lovely gathering area in the back & then you have your own space to retreat to as well. The patio photos should be updated to show that there are lounge chairs, which many would find a bonus.

Comfy, Wonderful cottage by the beach

This was our 2nd stay on AMI and we've stayed at Angies place both times. We were very impressed on both occasions, with everything. The location is 2nd to none! Very quiet neighborhood with all the amenities you could ask for at tge property! Would choose Angies place again...Hands down!! 5 STARS

Beautiful beach cottage

Angie’s place is exactly as they advertise it to be. It was in the best location. We were able to walk to the beach and walk to bridge street. Very clean and very comfortable. Welcome bag was a nice touch. Pool was comfortable also but area needed to be cleaned up a bit. And new beach chairs and umbrella are definitely needed. Overall, it was a great house.

Relaxation at its finest

This was the perfect getaway for myself and my teenagers. Walked right across the street to the beach which was not heavily crowded. Having a pool for times we wanted to relax without the heat scorching us was the best addition. Sharing the pool was not a problem at all. Our downstairs neighbors for the trip were very kind and peaceful as well. Angie’s place was fantastic!!

We felt that we didn't get our monies worth. There was lot of noise due to construction in the neighborhood. Pool area was really dirty and pool was not heated. While on vacation, we didn't expect to play house keeper during our stay.

Great location with beautiful beaches. Condo is a good size and is clean. Furniture in condo and pool area needs to be updated. Coffee maker broke & management replaced immediately. We had a great vacation.

Adorable Beach House

Cute beach cottage. We stayed in the upstairs unit. Perfect location to walk to Bridge Street where there are restaurants and shopping. Beautiful white sand beach directly across the street from the cottage. It doesn't get any better for a casual beach vibes vacation!

Great family getaway

House was wonderful. Clean, great location, awesome setup for 2 families to share upstairs and downstairs. We didn't need a car all week since most places were accessible on foot or by the free trolley that has a stop at the end of the street. There's a nice dock with a bench at the end of the street where we saw a few dolphins swim by! Only downside was that the owner was around more than expected (working on the property and hanging around outside by the pool area).

The location was fantastic. Just a few steps away front the beach and downtown area. There was some construction but not a problem. The pool was great! The beach chairs were old and rusty. Some of the chairs for the beach were broken. No wagon to carry stuff to the beach. No cooler for the beach. We had to purchase a cooler. The ice maker in the kitchen was very slow. I found a pair of earrings in a drawer in the master bedroom so therefore, those drawers were not cleaned! The bath towels were old and no soft. Not enough blankets on the beds. We had to purchase additional blankets for the beds. Too many Knick knacks in the house and too many antiques. For the money, I would rather rent a more updated unit. We found out that the owner lived in the garage out back which we thought was creepy.
