Amazing spot!!!

We picked this place based on reviews! It was amazing and exceeded our expectations! Jennifer was the sweetest and the unit had so many extra things! Location is perfect for a quick walk to the beach and trolley stops. Walkable distance from the grocery store. Rental is clean. We appreciated the access to the washer/dryer, and the availability of all the beach towels, chairs and umbrella. Great hostess! Would rent again, for sure.

Wonderful beach getaway!

Destination Wedding

Rented this place while we stayed in for a destination wedding in Anna Maria. The place exceeded my expectations it had everything you needed, beach items, wagon, beach towels, bath towels, gas grill, laundry detergent, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner if you forgot something it was likely there. Wish we could have stayed longer. The patio area under the house is so cute. I would stay again if I am ever in the area. It is cozy but perfect for a beach vacation with two couples or two adults and two kids.

Flawless experience

We loved the condo and location. Jen’s condo is so thoughtfully curated with just the right details and helpful tips in all the right places. The outdoor area was our favorite place - perfect for yoga, reading, napping and entertaining extended family in a safe socially-distanced setting. The location was also perfect. Steps to the beach and to a few restaurants, but a quiet neighborhood. Walks to other amenities were perfect distances for much needed exercise. Will book this VRBO again!

This place was very good! Clean, crisp. Toiletries like toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, dishwasher pods are already there. That was very nice. Walk 1 block and across the street to the beach! Had beach chairs, towels and toys. Washer and dryer. Outdoor shower. Nice outdoor sitting area and 2 balconies. Plenty to do in the area with a free trolley or free monkeybus to get you around if you dont want to drive. Jen responded quickly. No issues with our stay!

LOVED LOVED LOVED this place!!

This was a fabulous place to stay. It is so clean and charming and super comfortable. The beds were so comfortable. It is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities! We especially loved all the kitchen dishes/cookware/grill ware. We loved having the beach stuff to take...towels, chairs, beach wagon, umbrella and kid toys/boogie boards. The owner lives on the other side of the property and is very quick to respond to any needs. We loved using the kitchen to cook some of our meals. She offers a binder with suggestions for places to go/places to eat/trolley maps etc. Anna Maria island is an awesome place to vacation and this property was fabulous. Thank you for the accommodations and we look very forward to returning next year!!!! The proximity to the beach is outstanding too!!

Beautifully decorated and stocked property

This unit is beautifully decorated, and it is in a great location - short walk to the beach. The most impressive feature of this unit is how well stocked it is. It has everything you could possibly imagine you may need at the beach - and everything is of good quality (chairs, totes, floaties, a wagon to take your stuff, umbrella, snorkeling). The decor is very tasteful, and the kitchen is well stoked (even with a great coffee selection!). Only complaint is that we felt the cleaning prior to us getting there was not great - the trash cans downstairs were overflowing with garbage bags, the grill was dirty, and we found an empty Gatorade bottle behind one of the chairs in the living room - suggesting the cleaning was sloppy. All minor things - as the location, beach and the condo were beautiful. Highly recommend this property.

This place was amazing! Fantastic location to beach, restaurants and shopping. Jen, the owner, stocked this place with everything you need and things you didn't think to bring. Inside has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Kitchen appliances (big and small) cooking utensils, spices, plates, cups, pantry items and more. Towels are soft and dry fast. Little touches all throughout the space are the perfect touch. USB chargers on the lamps, a portable bluetooth speaker, board games for game nights and so much more. Outside has everything you need for a great day at the beach. Towels, chairs, beach toys, wagon and more! The owner is friendly and has tons of info about the island and things to do while visiting. Check out the binder filled with helpful info. We loved being greeted by Spencer each day! We will definitely be back!

The cottage was perfect in every way. It is charmingly decorated and perfectly equipped.

The cottage is newly decorated, and the owner's expertise in interior design shows in every little detail. It has everything one would need for a vacation at the beach. Although it is not directly on the beach and does not have a beach view, it is only steps away, and the owner provides all sorts of beach amenities and a wheeled cart to get things to and from the beach. The unit was spotlessly clean, beds were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped. The furnished patio was a perfect place to have wine and cheese with friends. Since the decks are in need of repair, we could not open the windows and smell the sea air when we were inside, but the patio was more than adequate as an outdoor living space. It is an elevated unit, in keeping with hurricane requirements, so steps are a bit steep. Handrail is charming, but a bit difficult to use, but even though we are older and have some mobility problems, we managed. Not suitable for anybody who can't do stairs. Grab bars in the showers would be a welcome addition.

I am originally from Ohio and some of my best and earliest memories are of visiting my grandparents in Florida. I have always loved the ocean and the feel of life near the beach, particularly the Gulf Coast.

It took me some time and a few detours to make my way here to the Bradenton area and Anna Maria island, but my dream of living at the beach did happen and I truly feel I have picked one of the most beautiful places to live.

My experience renting to people wanting to visit our beautiful island has been fantastic and so much fun. I enjoy every guest and I look forward to every visit! I am so very thankful for everyone who comes and stays and experiences good family time and relaxation time here - it really makes me happy.

I hope you have a wonderful stay and enjoy this beautiful spot as much as I do!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

This property is in such a great location, very central on the island and even during the busiest times of year, traffic woes are minimized by being right between Manatee Ave and Cortez Blvd.
The convenience of the little shopping plaza right down the street for groceries, beach gear or breakfast or pizza and our little ‘famous’ Bridge St the other direction with great restaurants, shops and bars is fantastic.
Being one street back from the ‘main drag’ means it’s much more quiet and peaceful.
The walk over to the beach is easy and short and having Circle K for necessities right here is great.
It’s also wonderful to be on the skinny part of the island because you’re a short walk to the bay as well as the beach, which is nice for taking walks, riding bikes, or taking the kids to the little park we have by the bay.

The sunrises on the bay are just as breathtaking as the sunsets at the beach. It’s a magical place.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The beach across the street is wonderful - it’s not crowded, you can walk miles in either direction; the house is easily accessible from two main roadways, very central on the island, not so many traffic headaches (Manatee Ave or Cortez Rd for on/off the island); Circle K, Walgreens and the Publix grocery store are all walkable or less than a mile drive; it’s central to all of Anna Maria island and an easy drive down beautiful Longboat Key. (Plus my place is cozy, clean, comfortable and great for getting away from our hurried world to unwind!)
