We're so glad you enjoyed the balcony views, convenient covered parking, and our location with easy access to CU, downtown Boulder, and the nearby shopping center. It's great to hear the quiet atmosphere added to your stay. We also appreciate you mentioning the summer warmth in the bedrooms. During the hotter months, we provide portable A/C units and fans to help keep guests comfortable, and we're always looking for ways to improve the experience. I believe adding split AC units will be our next step to help out during June-August. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we'd love to welcome you back the next time you're in Boulder!
