The Space:
Hickory Ridge is a ground floor end unit that sleeps 5. The unit features 2 beds and 2 baths. The main living area is open concept making it perfect for entertaining your entire group. There is a fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prep a meal, a large dinning table to sit everyone and a cozy fireplace with views of the golf course. A great place to unwind after a day outside exploring the area. The living space extends onto the patio, where you will find a BBQ and seating area. There is plenty of green space for the kids to play. In the summer enjoy the quick minute walk to the Rivergrass community swimming pool.

The primary bedroom is spacious with a Queen Bed and ensuite bathroom with stand up shower. The second bedroom features two twin beds and TV with Cable. Grab the single cot that can be pulled out to sleep your additional guest.

Guests have access to the full condo with the exception of a locked owners closet.

There is a ski locker located outside the unit to store skis and snowboards during your stay.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the Rivergrass Community adjacent to Blue Mountain Village. The unit is surrounded by beautiful walking trails, the Monterra Golf Course with views of the Blue Mountain Ski Hills. There is a community outdoor seasonal pool open in the summer months and a year round hot tub for guests to use during their stay.

Getting Around:
The unit is within a 5-7 minute walk, 2 minute drive. Downtown Collingwood and Thornbury are both within a 10-15 minute drive.

Free parking spaces are limited to 2 vehicle per unit. Once you are here you can walk to a variety of spots in the Blue Mountain Village.
