Welcome to Le Petite Chalet, a charming ground-floor condo featuring one bedroom and one bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. Nestled in the historic Snowbridge area, this delightful retreat is just minutes away from Blue Mountain, offering stunning views of the ski hills.

The main living area features an open-concept design, ideal for entertaining and spending quality time with family and friends. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare delicious meals, while the inviting living room, complete with a gas fireplace, offers a cozy spot to relax or enjoy board games at the dining table, which comfortably accommodates everyone.

 The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed and a TV equipped with Roku, allowing you to log into your favorite streaming apps. For extra sleeping arrangements, a queen-sized Murphy bed is conveniently located in the living area.

 When the weather is pleasant, step outside to the spacious private patio, where you can relax in the lush green space or fire up the barbecue for a delightful outdoor dining experience.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full condo with the exception of a locked owners closet.

There is a ski locker located outside the unit to store skis and snowboards during your stay. Please don't bring any equipment into the unit.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the Historic Snowbridge community surrounded by walking trails, the Monterra Golf Course and views of Blue Mountain. There is an outdoor seasonal pool you can use in the summer which is within a 2 minute walk from the condo.

Getting Around:
Blue Mountain Village is accessible by free shuttle service, a 20 minute walk / 7 minute bike or 2 minute drive. Downtown Collingwood and Downtown Thornbury are located within a 10-15 minute drive.

Other Things to Note:
The seasonal outdoor pool is public spaces and shared with other guests staying at the resort.
