Hendersonville Downtown

Great stay! Very convenient to explore surrounding areas. Great to be able to walk to restaurants and shopping. Have stayed here before and would definitely stay here again!

Great location

The apartment is right on Main St and walking distance to everything there. The only downside is that the apartment shares parking with a realty company. Plan on extra time to play parking jenga if you need to use your car during business hours.

Amazing location

Your front door literally opens onto historic Hendersonville! Great restaurants, fun sho9, and welcoming people. The apartment is lovely.

Perfect location

We were very happy with the location and the property itself. It is a very nice place. It is centrally located to all of the shops and restaurants. You don’t need to drive anywhere unless you need a grocery store. If we come back to Hendersonville we will stay here again. We were pleasantly surprised by the city itself. There is a lot to do in that small town. There are some very good restaurants that can compete with any big city. Shine was our favorite.

Great location

Great location to enjoy downtown Hendersonville, just step out and you are on Main Street, in the middle of great dining and shopping. Hendersonville is cleaner and feels a lot safer than Asheville (having owned a downtown condo in Asheville for 10 years, we witnessed first-hand the decline of Asheville, what a shame!). Highly recommend this property...

Excellent!!!

So cute, clean and convenient - we totally enjoyed our stay. Great shower with good hot water. Christmas lights right across the street visible through the windows. Quiet and roomy! Just a wonderful VRBO!!!

The apartment is wonderful. Great location in a great town. We did experience difficulty contacting the owner to ask for help with a couple of concerns. Finally gave up and decided to enjoy our stay. Would highly recommend.

Weeekend Getaway

We had such a nice time visiting Hendersonville and Flat Rock. This property location and size of the property were perfect for us. The unit is clean, well decorated and very spacious. The only recommendation we have is to replace the mattresses and in particular get a king size mattress for the main suite which is large enough to handle it. We will definitely stay here again should we return to this quaint part of NC.

Great location!

Very nice condo; updated and modernized. Outdoor cushions need to be replaced. Promised starter detergents were not available, and no dish towels, which required an early trip to the market. Limited paper supplies were available.

Carbon monoxide scare!

My wife and I just returned from a 2 week vacation here. We had quite a scare during our stay.. We are well traveled seniors from Florida. During our visit we used the fireplace most mornings and evenings as the temps were frequently in the 40's at night and in the mornings. We noticed a faint smell of gas from the pilot light upon arrival but didn't make much of it. During our stay we developed intermittent headaches and nausea. About 10 days into our vacation the gas smell became very pronounced and the gas company came and tested for carbon monoxide levels and informed us that they were high. We were told that the fireplace was not vented and were asked if we had been keeping a window open. Well long story short, we were never told that we needed to keep a window open. A simple oversight, but it could have been fatal. When I discussed our scare with the owner, his response was venting is not required in North Carolina. Wow! Steve M. Fort Myers, FL

Daughter's wedding

beautiful place and location. Until we had issues with shower/tub combo. We could overlook the irritating squeaky bed / head board, which needs to be replaced. We called the number given to us for property manager, but never received a call back. I had to go to the real estate office next door which covers this place. Finally got a hold of someone, who came by to look at the problem with the faucet: was at first very hard to turn on, then after taking a shower, the water continued to run despite best efforts to turn off the faucet. Water continued to come out. They decided to call a plumber. That evening we were getting ready for an event for daughters wedding which was the next day, One of our party was unable to shower due to this issue, since it used up all the hot water. After we left to go to our daughters pre wedding event, the person with real estate office wanted us to return to condo for the key to the place, they did not have access to the spare key, due to property manager being off that day, and her office was locked and they were unable to access it. Owner of place was also unable - they lived about 1 1/2 hour away. They expected us to return to condo with the key and wait on plumber, this was after receiving a text saying that they would leave a key for the plumber who was due to arrive between 6 - 7pm. finally after numerous text messages, the guy agreed to meet with us at the event and get the key for condo. The stay started well but ended badly

Family Event

My need for this stay was a place centrally located in town, near services and stores within walking distance, that would be comfortable for me to relax and stay and have enough room for my family to visit and socialize, and this property met all of those needs and exceeded my expectations. It was comfortable, beautiful, clean, and the location ideal and near available parking for all of my family’s needs. It was very easy to check in and check out. I highly recommend!
