El Paseo wonderfully located condo for both scenic living and convenience to the many amenities of Deep Canyon Tennis Club. One look out the living room window will reveal a large, cooling grass front yard with beautiful distant mountain views. The downstairs has a very comfortable living room, convenient kitchen south facing, sunny patio. Out the back sliding doors and through the patio your be able to quickly walk up to the heart of the community. There you will find the Tennis Pro Shop, a Bocce Ball Court and you'll need only a short stroll right on up the the clubhouse, main swimming pool and workout room. The Clubhouse is the center of social happenings . Tennis players will enjoy a total of 12 courts. Pickleball is thriving here on 6 separate courts. Enjoy 12 pools, 4 hot tub/spas and a golf practice green as well. If you enjoy a social and recreational events, this is a great place to find it.
